“We are from Tennessee and traveling and were looking for some good Texas BBQ and we found Bubba’s in Cross Plains Tx. Let me tell you this place is awesome . The owner is named Eva and she is amazing. She treated me and my girlfriend like we were family. Now on to the food, we got the brisket,ribs and chicken and let me tell you if you are looking for authentic texas bbq this is the place. My girlfriend got the sweet potato soufflé and she loved it. I got potato salad and coleslaw and let me tell you the coleslaw is to die for. I never liked anyone coleslaw but my mother’s but this place is a close 2nd. I would definitely recommend anyone that is in Texas and looking for some great food and wanting to meet some great people this is the place. We will definitely make a trip back here just to talk with Eva and eat some delicious food“
