I order from the app quite often and my order is NEVER right. It’s almost too much of a headache to even try to order from there. What should be a 5 minute in and out with my order experience turns out to be @the least half an hour to remake the order.

Their sandwiches are “eh”, maybe “ok”..but service is so bad!! They are super slow and never properly staffed. I’ve tried calling ahead and get put on hold while they tend to the line they have in store and have never had them return to take my order, I have ALWAYS had to just hang up. The shortest time I ever waited on phone was 7 and a half minutes before I hung up. I can’t believe I’m even admitting to waiting on that long. I don’t know if they forget people are waiting on the phone or what. The staff does not care about the customers, they take their sweet time, worse so when they know they’re under staffed. I think they do that to have people leave so they don’t have to service them at all. The sandwiches have gotten way too expensive too. It’s not a place I recommend.

CLEAN! It was clean, staff were very friendly and talked to us. The order was exactly how we ordered it. Prices weren't bad, for the amount of food we bought. Definitely worth five stars, in my opinion.

Ordered 2 6-inch subs. No flavor at all, not a lot of vegetables.Asked if I could buy half of the chicken amount for my dog. Charged 10 bucks for the chicken. Total of 28 dollars ridiculous. ³

This place needs employees that know what they are doing! Serving frozen meatballs and no manager on site to speak to. Staff who have no joy or smile in their faces. The lady making my sandwich had no idea what she was doing. Proper training needs to be done.

We live in Coleman and the Coleman subway is literally right down the road from us. I will DRIVE 30 minutes to cross plains just to eat at this subway because it’s so much better! Everything is always fresh and the best sandwiches ?

Guess subway is the only place in cross plains that doesn’t have a phone or the employees don’t know how to answer it… this is the 3rd time I’ve called in the past 3 weeks and it rings goes to voicemail then when I redial it it’s automatically busy everytime after that. And there was no excuse tonight normally we would just come up here and be understanding if they’re busy but they haven’t been each time we go

If I could give no * I would! Stopped at 11 am to get 4 sandwiches. He met me at the door and said couldn't make any sandwiches or he wouldn't have enough for his catered order! Really!!! Had to make 30 sandwiches and couldn't do anything else then proceeded to lock the door! Subway has gone downhill! This isn't the only one I've had problems with!
