Went through the drive through just now order 6 piece nugget happy meal. Peeked in the box to make sure the sauce was there. For once it was. Didn’t think I had to dig to the bottom to check on the main entree! NO NUGGETS!! How do you send a happy meal off with out the main meal?!?!? I get you’re short staffed however come on!!
My orders have been wrong 4 out of the 5 last visits. $15 an hour LOL!!! I've started checking the order at the window before leaving the drive thru which gets them visually and audibly annoyed. McDonalds used to be the gold standard for fast food speed and service....no longer the case.
Side note: It's Cross Roads, Not Lincoln Park.
NEVER have I ever had an employee ask me "Cant you just remove the stuff off the burger" when I returned it - because it was made wrong. Then when I handed it to her she looked at for at least 30 seconds suggesting she wasnt gonna grab it to remake. when I said " here take it to be remade ." she rolled her eyes, snatched it from my hand nearly taking it with the burger and slammed the window. and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told she would not be coming to the...read full review
