Also my daughter ordered online at 9:12 pm and we went to pick up at 9:45 and they were closed!! There were teenage workers and they said they ran out of chicken!!! Disgusting disgusting disgusting!!! Never ever again!!!

We ordered $70 of takeout and they forgot all of our sauces, the side of mac and cheese, and one of our drinks. Luckily I was able to get a refund but our toddler was disappointed with his dinner.

I had been going to this Popeyes but everytime I go here they dont do they're work and always doing other things it takes them like half or one hour to attend the orders but the food is good but sometimes they dont do the correct order like they dont complete it I wont be going to this Popeyes anymore.

Employee are very rude, No proper server asked of one item and gets other item. I love Popeyes, this the only location which is nearest to us. Becoz of the service we are avoiding this. By looking at the review from other I am hesitant to give 1 start instead of zero start. I am not sure how they are serving with no customer!

1. Couldn't understand guy on speaker other than 'can't access order'. 2. Inside pretty dirty looking-floor needed swept, trash on floor, tables need wiped. 3. Food- OMGosh, spicy mixed with regular, incorrect chicken pieces, missing oart of order. 4. Staff didn't seem to care at all.
It was actually worse than this. I will be calling regional Mgr to follow up. Our $60+ order was awful.
Nothing like watching to employees smoke a joint while your in the dive through line for 30 minutes.
Watched the employee run blistex on his lips with bare hands, then went to go box food. No hand washing, no gloves.
Watching through the window, 1 dude, assuming he was a cook, busting his ass while 2 other employees are playing grab-ass by the register......

How are you closed at Lunch time??? had 8 cars waiting in the drive through while the store was closed. This isn’t the first time either this popeyes just opens and closes as it pleases how is corporate okay with this???

Well it's a wrap for me. I'm never eating at Popeyes again. My experience at the Crossroads,TX location tonight was the breaking point. I placed an online order for two 18pc lemon pepper wing meals. The app informed me the order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the location and the order was not ready at all. I was asked to park while the order was boxed turns out the order hadn't even been cooked. This took an additional 25min - 30min. I arrived home and prepared plates only for my family and I to find the chicken undercooked. The chicken had zero crisp to it, and the fries smelled like stinky grease. I know that chicken and fries from Popeyes is indeesld cooked in grease but it is not suppose to STINK to the point that it's not edible. Needless to say it appears I made a financial donation to Popeyes tonight as the chicken went to File 13 (Trash). AVOID this location save your money and value your personal time because they clearly don't.
