I used the drive through but I ordered their special 5 for $9 and I did not get what I ordered. Did not notice until I got home but I was charged for it. I tried to call the store and no answer then it disconnects on its own. The meal they gave me had 3 pieces of chicken and a buiscuit. I hate their biscuits thats why I dont order the meal. and I have the receipt. I will be stopping by tomorrow.

I really wish they could tear this place down and start all over including with new staff. Each and every time I visit this place it gets worse and worse. Food and STAFF. There is sooooo much to say about this location. I’m truly not a negative person but something has got to change at this location. I know restaurants/people are not perfect but my goodness. I have never experienced so many issues within a location in my life. All I am going to say is: 1 star reviews PLEASE BELIEVE THEM! Anything over 2 stars has to be a paid review or something because I just can’t see it.

This location is terrible. They ROUTINELY mess up my order and make moronic decisions. Here’s an example, I ordered a 3pc (Dark) - they give me 3 WHITE meat breasts. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and DON’T come here. You order water, they’ll give you sprite. THEY SUCK!!!

Food quality is...serviceable. Staff is friendly enough. But I I can't tell if their supply issue is legit or deliberate.

Love the Popeyes food, but the service here is awful. Just drove away out of the drive through. Line was 15 minutes and I had been waiting 5 minutes at the speaker without anyone responding.

I've been here three times and only got food once. This place is terrible at least at night. First time here we got our food. Took a while and the food order was a bit wrong, but at least we got food. Second time here the drive through menu was turned off (8pm). They asked us what we wanted at the drive through then no response. Waited for a bit and just drive off because nobody was answering. Several other cars did as well. Third time here they just said they were out of chicken. This is a chicken place that ran out of chicken at 7pm lol. Terrible all around. They need new management
The chicken did not have any seasoning as is known for the classic chicken, and the beans and rice was not good. The rice was not done with little to no seasoning.

This place is trash. Our entire order was completely wrong. I won't name names but the girl that took our order was laughing and talking to others while taking our order and refused to give us what we were ordering stating it's not on the menu when it was right in front of our faces on the menu. It's such a shame to have this location continue running and doing this to people. Nobody here takes pride in their job except maybe the general manager. Even he doesn't know how to issue refunds for wrong orders and we still haven't received a refund for our order being completely wrong plus missing items. The guy that brought our food out to us stuck his entire face in our bag of food to see what we got. They made us wait 10 minutes for the food when nobody else was in the drive thru. Businesses like this should not stay open. You're not providing the food or service people are paying for and then refuse to give refunds because literally nobody knows how. Plus the rudeness and carelessness in these employees is just sad. Do better.
