We love Rosa’s but we were disappointed in this location by the portion that was given in a ToGo order we got the fajita plater but it should be called the rice and bean platter cause the amount of meat they give you is enough to make 2 tacos and that’s pushing it

Rosa's Cafe is always great. But this time was better than great. I like a lot of lettuce on the side. The guy who took my order gave me the amount of lettuce I asked for and paid for. I asked for 4x lettuce. He charged me 4x lettuce and gave me 4x lettuce. 1st time that happened at any restaurant! Thank you Rosa!! 😊

We spent over $120 to cater a dinner for family and asked if we could get some chips as an extra. TBH we were shocked she didn’t just include them with the amount we just spent. The lady behind the counter was rude. No chips with the order. Granted we hadn’t ordered any - but an empty restaurant on new years day and $120 dollar order seems like you could throw some chips in the bag - sheesh

Don't go if it's past 7:30/8PM, even though they don't close until 10PM. They are always out of things. 3 separate times I've gone and they are out of chicken, out of Guacamole, etc. And the drive through staff are less than helpful or enthusiastic. The food is good, when you actually can get everything you order/want.

Oof. I did not enjoy the meal I had - fajita tacos. Went through the drive thru - it was fast, but maybe a little too fast. They forgot my guac, instead packed 2 salsas. I ordered a Coke and it was 97% ice and 3% beverage. I don’t think I will ever return (respectfully).

We use the drive through every week and you will get your food very fast. Also, food tase amazing and will get a good portion for what you pay.

Subpar flavor, customer service and expensive. Extra beef fajita is an additional $5 for 4-5 pieces. This is my 3rd time using their drive thru (cross roads) for lunch. Each time you could tell the employee working the drive thru really doesn’t care to be working. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible customer service. A few days ago I ordered a large order of food and left it paid for just to pick it up. I ordered my order for 10:30 am and arrived at 10:15 to add something else to my order. And the lady in front of me, apparently the kitchen manager, she is wearing a cap and when that person saw me arrive, she looked at me very badly and told me rudely that it was not yet 10:30 and I told her to arrive early because I wanted to order something else. Then they put my entire order and no one from the staff helped me with the order to put it in my car and they also did not let me know that my order was ready. I had to ask if that was my order. Terrible service, it seems that they are all in a very bad mood. I do not recommend that place at all.

I specifically requested no cheese on my taco, but when I opened it, there was extra cheese melted into my food. I couldn't just scrape it off, so I wasn’t able to eat it. Frustrated, I went back and asked for a refund. Surprisingly, I didn’t receive an apology until I explicitly asked for one. The lack of attentiveness and customer care was disappointing. Just be prepared!
