my previous order from this location was delivered cold and in unsatisfactory condition. I called the store direct, spoke with a young man named Jim and he replaced my entire order free of charge. This tome everything was PERFECT!!! Thank you for the way you handled this issue. I'll be back.

I understand businesses are short handed. I have ordered early afternoon, early and late evening. every single time I order, they call (Jeremy) and says they only have 1 driver and can't take anymore orders. every single time. I want to know who are the lucky people that are getting their orders delivered? do they have magic powers? what's the point of having points when you can't use them?
