always have what I need when I need it
Had a horrible experience at this Kroger. Tried to speak with a manager about my pickup order that I placed on a Tuesday, for pickup on Thursday between 1-2pm. Go to pickup order at 1:45pm on a Thursday and they tell me system has been down since 1pm that day and they would call me when system is back up. I will skip a lot of drama and say I was told I talked with a manager twice, that were not managers at all.
