The food was bad, the service sucked too. First they didn’t take our order for a long time, they were not friendly, and then they messed up the order and we waited for like 1h to get our food. Just a bad experience. Also not many vegetarian options- and the few things that are taste like meat.

5 stars! Please do something about melted take out containers. Not a big fan of melted plastic and fumes for breakfast! I hope it helps!

EDIT. My husband and I went for lunch today. We waited at least 20 minutes and our drink order had not been taken. When the table behind us was waited on, a party that had come in after we did, I went to the counter and ask the waitress if someone could take our drink orders. She stated, “you haven’t been waited on? She didn’t wait on you?“ This waitress turned to a second waitress and said, “you didn’t wait on them?“ The second waitress, then proceeded to get on her cell phone. I went back to my table assuming that drink orders would be delivered. After five minutes and no drink orders, my husband and I left. My husband stated when we got outside the door that he observed the two waitresses arguing with each other. Hopefully, this is not the norm.
Review #1. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and my tea glass never went dry. The chicken salad on croissant was tasty. My hubby got the burger and he said it was smash burger style. He enjoyed it. The loaded fries…. Oh my goodness. Don’t miss it!

More details: the waitresses seem extremely frazzled and stressed. It’s definitely understaffed. We went three mornings in a row for breakfast, each time desperately needed 1-2 more staff scheduled. They could boost their pricing up just $1 per food menu item and they would have the overhead to pay more staff.
Get the biscuits and sausage gravy with an egg over the top. Absolutely outstanding.
Coffee is meh. Definitely fine with some cream and sugar, don’t recommend it black.
The facility is cute with simple interior design choices. Big TVs playing the news of a documentary each time. AC works well, which was nice at the end of the summer.
Bathrooms are very clean.
As stated before, simple answer if you’re considering the Crystal Beach Cafe is: Go. You’ll enjoy yourself.

My husband and I had breakfast at Crystal Beach Caffe for the first time today and I highly recommend this cute little place. I’m picky about my coffee and theirs’ is great. The servers all pitched in to make sure all of the tables were checked on often. They were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I had a potato egg and cheese breakfast taco and a biscuit and both were delicious! Extremely reasonably priced menu and they also have a nice patio. We will be frequenting this little cutie often! Looking forward to trying their lunch menu.
