The order was freshly made and the service was prompt and courteous. To me, that's the kind of service I want for my money.
Parking: Plenty of parking and easy access from the main street.

Today, I was served cold, old food that had clearly been sitting out for a while. I returned to speak with the manager, Scott, but all he said was 'Yeah, yeah.' He claimed he had no control over the food being cold, which is unacceptable. How can a manager allow old food to be served and show no concern for customers? The owner needs to be made aware of how this business is being run. When I asked to speak with his boss, Scott said she wouldn’t be in and that he had already told me her name twice. I then asked who the owner was, and he responded, 'Harry.' There was no offer to make things right or refund our money. My 7-year-old granddaughter refused to eat the old food. Although fresh biscuits had just come out, we were still served two hard, old biscuits by the so-called manager.
This establishment has declined in quality and service. It was 5:30 PM, and there was no proper service, which explains the poor experience. I’m not usually one to complain, but when I asked for fresh fries and okra for my granddaughter, the manager rolled his eyes and acted annoyed. After parking and opening our food, we discovered the chicken and biscuits were also old. Please make sure to check your food before driving off from Church’s in Cuero, TX.

The food is good but way too expensive. How can the cheapest thing you can buy and prepare be the most expensive to get already prepared. Their food is good but not that good.

Service slow and chicken could be for me a little cooked more for my taste plenty of space inside to sit and eat. Personally, I feel a lot of these fast food restaurants could use a little more dedicated employees but also to help employees out more incentives or higher pay. If you want almost perfection and to thrive more in businesses, even though I don't have a billion dollar corporation and I probably have no room to talk but I'm the consumer correct and I've learned customer service if answered correctly in a pole of how and what businesses should do for their payrolls accounts and their store to thrive I feel they should listen to us but also help us live. You won't miss what you think you'll miss by not paying employees what you know you can. We work but still live in poverty while the business we work for chooses to pay us a small amount while sitting back enjoying the fruits of our labor. It's always good to give this a good thought so you and the employees can thrive and enjoy what they do and look forward to coming in to work!!!
Parking: Hard to park because of location being on corner of major busy intersection that meets on the corner of church's chicken with limited space to park. The wants

You can never go wrong with this Church's. Everything is always so good. The service is great, and the food is delicious. I've been to multiple Church's locations, but this one has been the best by far for its amazing staff, fresh food, and cleanliness.

I have gone in there twice in the last 2 months and they have messed up both times the first time was the tea and the side and they told us they were not making more chicken at the moment. The second time we were told it was going to be 10 minutes for chicken and they messed up on my sides again

Ordered 2 2 peice feasts and asked if I wanted to make it a meal, said sure , thought would be adding a drink for a minimal charge. But no price was doubled , so I asked why so much and was told because I made it a meal. This is a shifty practice for a drink and side . I think I've had it with this place . Always slow and they mess up the orders alot .
