Got the Grande Meal deal. It had no biscuits and the gravy was so watery and tasteless I threw it out. Tried again for shrimp meal. It had no napkins and no utensils. Makes it impossible to eat because I ordered Cole slaw. Not going back ever!!!!

They say its open from 10:30am till 9 pm but they dont answer. I work for an oilfield company and wanted to place a large order but they never answered the phone till 11:30. So we decided to order from another place.

The sign clearly says 6.99, then they try to charge you 8.99, I complain about the price not being correct and the manager changes the price to 7.49 and tells me that's the price and clearly the sign says 6.99. On top of that the staff is laughing at customers because we are complaining. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SAD HOW THE SO CALLED MANAGER DOESN'T EVEN SEE THAT IS A PROBLEM. NEVER AGAIN.

I waited for half an hour and didn't even receive my 3-piece meal. Did I mention that 5 customers who came after me with huge orders got their food before me? Even people who showed up 40 minutes after me got their food. At least 20 people went through the drive-through while I was waiting. I didn't even receive my 3 pieces of chicken. This is Absolutely disgusting! I had to walk out in frustration because I didn't want to take it out on them, even though they are very similar in age and should know better.

The food definitely wasn’t fresh, chicken was as if it been sitting for a while, the mashed potatoes weren’t filled up in the containers, they were completely out of macaroni and cheese, biscuits were ok, it definitely wasn’t the church’s food they used to serve. The tea didn’t taste any better either. Every single time I USED to go faithfully, they were always forgetting something I ordered. I haven’t been there in several months, decided to go this day, and realized this’s just one of the reasons I stopped going there. It’s really gone downhill. ?

Chicken is decent, but this Church's pulled the BAIT and SWITCH pricing on both items I ordered. And when it was suggested that they get the price changed on board for the jalapeños, I got the blank face look. But fortuitously, I called the corp office, at which time I realized they also overcharged for chicken. It's not the money, it's the "not my job", "that's what register says". No worries. Already talked to corporate. And disputing it on my credit card. Hope it's worth the few dollars overpaid.

Went there yesterday and pulled into the drive through line, 3cars ahead of us, waited 10 minutes and not a single car moved. We then went inside where the was 1 person in front of us, there was also a party of 4 high school kids at a table, there were 2 people working and 2 other employees at a table chatting, no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes and the people who were in front of us said they had been waiting at least 10 minutes, we waited for 15 minutes and not a single thing happened, no service, the 2 sitting at the table kept looking up but totally dismissed us and the others in line. At that point a gentleman who was in front of us in the drive through line came in to complain, he was also dismissed by the employees at the table who I then found out as the manager. When we returned to our car the same vehicle was in the drive through still sitting there. We left without ordering or even being acknowledged by the staff. Worst service ever, will not return.
