I drive back and forth through Cuero, and I’m glad I stopped here. Had a tuna salad sandwich and 2 of their packaged cookies that were for sale on the counter. The sandwich was GREAT! Reasonably priced. The cookies were better than I expected. The facility seems clean, and the service is friendly. I love “hometown” diners. I’ll be stopping in again!

Today we stopped by for a late breakfast while passing through Cuero. Menu prices were generally affordable and the employees were very attentive. Our orders were prepared very carefully. If I pass through that route again, I will definitely stop by. As for why I gave it 4 points instead of 5, the coffee, which is a must for breakfast, was very bad. It made me question how bad regular black coffee could be. I didn't know if it had pecan oil or what, but it was very bad. Please Change your Coffee ?

Great food, but it’s impossible to get ahold of them at lunch. Me and my friends all have the same issue. If you Order literally an hour before you want your food you cannot call in at lunch. They disconnect the phone or something so you can’t even get a ring when you call. I even hear that they purposefully don’t answer the phones. Which yes I understand they get busy at lunch, but you would think they would want the extra business. I still love their food it’s just takeout that is impossible. So you absolutely have to go in person at lunch and it gets loud and packed.Dietary restrictions: Kinda healthy, but a keto option for the avocado wrap would be nice as they have low-carb wraps at H-E-B and would be an easy add on.

I was driving through this town , seen signs all over about it , had to see what the fuss was about . The sandwiches were outstanding, with a side of potato chips and a pickle . The tea was great . Stop in grab some pie or cookies . The atmosphere was nice. Seemed like everyone knew everyone smiling faces everywhere . Nice sweet town ? will be coming back for sure

Had a turkey, avacado wrap. Love the chipotle mayo!! Came with enchilada soup. Didn't disappoint! I'm a huge fan of this place now. Staff was friendly. Dining room is wide open and spacious. I would drive outta my way to eat here. Excited to try the breakfast menu and more lunch stuff.

I went and got a chicken salad a few months ago and it was soo delicious the veggies and chicken salad was very fresh I really njoyed it and I got takeout but the service was good very sweet workers and the place was so clean and quiet I loved it,I should have dined in instead but haven't been back because My Dad fell ill but goin to make a trip for some sandwiches n another chicken salad that's my favorite very courteous thank you for the kind and fast service!

Coffee is always on point. They give a shot of espresso in every cup. I usually get an extra shot, or if I'm living on the wild side that morning, I'll even get two, so that's a total of three if you're really keeping up. They make delicious soups. My favorite is the baked potato. Also, they have casseroles along with other food items, but we usually go for the chicken spaghetti. They have sweet items as well. The cowboy cookies are what I enjoy.

Very spacious and roomy. The food selection is excellent and very tasty. I was pleased with the quickness of service and food preparation. There was a steady stream of customers, and everyone was pleased. A very good small town establishment. I look forward to eating there again.
