I mean.... I guess if when you order a pink cake for your daughter's birthday, and you really, secretly meant blue, despite what you filled out on the order sheet, then yeah.... this would be acceptable... but it's not even close... so, it was terrible... this bakery failed entirely.. I guess that's what you get when you trust someone to be able to read a printed order sheet and fulfill the order correctly...

Shout out to Marcus at Cuero's H-E-B. The girls had the very important Buddy Bucks, but the points wouldn't print. He worked on the H-E-B Buddy, and gave Kara her points. She tried again and won an instant winner. He opened the machine and pulled her sticker to claim her prize. We waited for him only to be surprised with two lunch boxes and yo-yos. It is nice for my girls to see customer service at its best! Thank you Marcus for your generosity with a smile!
