Today I get in line at 12:16. At 12:44 someone finally makes it to me to get my order but not before 5 vehicles that showed up after me get their food and leave. I asked for the manager or assistant manager and a 12 year old comes out and tells me that it is policy that they take whoever is at the door first. But he did say he was sorry. I drove off. Poor way to do business.
- I want to take the time out of my day to give this fine establishment and amazing employees the recognition they need. I used to always go for a Dr Pepper and I guess it became a regular thing now they see my car and automatically bring out a Dr Pepper for me. Y’all are amazing Thankyou! Don’t go after 8pm, because they refuse to cook any food that isn’t already cooked. They shut down the fryers and start cleaning even though they claim to be open until 9pm. If they are gonna shut down at 8pm then their hours should be until 8pm, not 9pm. I feel sorry for the people that go after 8:30, they get the food that was cooked at 8 and has been sitting under heat lamps.
