First thing you need to know is CASH rules. Credit & debit not accepted. Second thing, get there about 11AM FRIDAY & SATURDAY. This might just be a one man operation but he KNOWS what he’s doing. These places are little treasures tucked away. The BBQ was spot on,tender with good smoke came right off the bone. Brisket is really good. The red beans are perfect. I suggest you do not pass this by
