Well we were happy with Willie's the first couple of visits . We were impressed with the quality of the burgers . But the last 2 visits the burger was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside . Love the flavor the jalapeño bun but don't care for raw burgers .Disappointed really as we live close to the cut n shoot location . Wanted it to be our go to burger place .We talk about trying again but we're like nah .

I’ve only been there once so far, but the Rib Plate was phenomenal!! I’m 78 and have eaten ribs in lots of places, some very good, but these are the first ones I ever cleaned off to the bones!! Tender, flavorful, and just plain delicious! I definitely plan to go back. Want to try the peach cobbler, which is one of my favorite desserts. It wasn’t ready when I was there (they make their own). Thanks guys!! Oh, and i feel there is always somewhere some place could improve, so I don’t give a total star vote. Also I’ve only been once, so we’ll see

Food is typically pretty good but if you order to-go, check everything before you leave! They regularly forget items or worse, give you someone else's order. Desserts have been a miss for me each time (burnt cobbler) but their Texas Tater is so good, we keep going back. Be sure to order extra BBQ sauce or you won't have enough.

Drove on by a lot when I know that the 'hole in the wall' places are usually good eatin'...and Willie's sure is! I really need to get pictures before the fam digs in because my son got a monstrosity of burger, brisket and sausage on a bun that made him such a happy guy, even after driving 2500 miles in one shot to get home. Hubby keeps wanting a party melt but gets distracted by the burger menu and has not found a bad one yet. I get the same thing because...I like it. The basic burger, it's just good. They have a smokehouse right on-site and covered outdoor seating if you want to stay and eat, but most walk up and order to go or phone it in. It's in Cut and Shoot, in the middle of 105E construction but it's worth a little bit of hassle for good eats!

Definitely worth it! Oh man, this place is what I like to call homegrown, snuggled in the roots of a little Texas town, the food is outstanding, the atmosphere is down home, and the staff is always courteous, and smiling! Willie is a wonderful man and boy he can sure cook!!! #Texasstyle sorry my plate is empty, but there are no leftovers when I order here, it's that you can't hardly wait feeling from the Willie Philly. ❤️ Check it out!

The service is always great, the food is always good, the only drawback, is the fries kinda suck. They're never crisp.
I went to Willie's BBQ and burger because I wanted a new barbecue hangout. Was a bit disappointed, when watched everyone received their food and fisish it and I got their and payed for my food before all of them. I had the ribs and brisket and this left me divided. The brisket was amazing, the ribs where so far from good, tasted like beef jerky on a bone. Will be back for The brisket. ?

Order was wrong .paid for cheese burgers, no cheese ,meat ok but cheap buns they were flat no consistency at all. They need to step up their game on better quality buns and get the orders right.Then they might survive or just stick to bbq.

Excellent burgers and fries! I highly recommend stopping in. I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes places in country towns have good reviews because there aren't a lot of other options, but this place actually has excellent burgers. Will try the BBQ next.

Got me a baked potato with pork in the side I got a very small amount of meat for the price. The cup was not even filled. The food is good. They used to give enough meet to eat with the ? I only had enough for half. Lol.
