Been a customer here for over 10 years. Always consistent fast service. Food is high quality. The only detractor is that it can get fairly loud inside with a full hose.

Really great meal here today. I was feeling out of sorts and wanted crispy tacos and a bloody mary. Check. Check. Now, crispy tacos are not their thing, but these hit the spot today! And dont sleep on the peaches and cream margaritas thingamagigy. It was fantastic!

Had never been here before and decided to try it. We should have come sooner! The food was some of the best tasting Mexican food we've ever had. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Will definitely come back more often.

I’ll start by saying that we love Alicia’s. However, today we ordered over $400 in fajitas & margaritas to be delivered and received incorrect food. We received beef fajitas for 8, instead of beef for 4 and chicken for 4. We were offered a free queso in exchange for RETURNING the beef for chicken, which we did. If I were the manager, I would’ve said ‘keep the beef and we’ll bring you the chicken you ordered in the first place’. I’ll order from LaViva next time.

Alecia's had good food and food service. The atmosphere is really fun. I like that they have a complimentary ice cream machine.

I would say that there's just something missing lately. The last few times we've gone, the staff seemed like they were just not happy to be there. They lacked the enthusiasm and friendliness we get at our other favorite restaurants. Our waitress had kind of a forced smile as she greeted us, and after she took our drink order, she turned off the smile a little too soon. Really made the smile look so cold and fake. Things never got better. The busser also never smiled or responded when I thanked him for filling our water. I get that it's a job, but I waited tables for several years and we always found ways to have fun and engage guests with sincerity and enthusiasm.

There are a LOT of other options for dining out, especially Mexican food. I won't bother going somewhere that isn't eager and enthusiastic about earning my business.
