You walk in and there's not much to the place. The cheesecake bites are frozen, but by the time you get home they are edible, and delish!!!! Only issue, the front counter person looked miserable, not welcoming, and didn't even bother to explain. Thank goodness the cheesecakes had a piece of paper explaining why it's frozen and how long it takes to thaw. You should make sure your staff is friendly. That can drive away potential customers or big companies that are...

Customer service could be better, but it wasn't terrible. A greeting would be nice. Most independent businesses ask if you've been there before and then give a brief overview or explain the menu. But like I said it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't as welcoming as it could be.

I got 6 cheesecakes. One was for my MIL. I didn't try that one (turtle) but she did like the topping. The other 5 I had. These were brought just before Christmas...

We're visiting my parents from the Dallas area and have driven by several times and decided to stop by before heading home and it did not disappoint. We put them in the freezer to get to keep them a little longer. They didn't last long but we're easy to eat right out of the freezer.
