This used to be my all time favorite Thai spot but now I’m not sure. Foods great . But when I ordered 2 soups for $11 each and got half the usual portion and half the containers filled. I was extremely disappointed… also my fried rice was drentched in so much oil I got really sick.

Ordered food from here and it was altogether not good. Everything was overly sweet and missed the balance of sweet, salty, spicy, and sour.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the lunch menu, which includes either tom yum soup or a spring roll. I chose the tom yum and had Pad Kra Pao with chicken as the main, requesting both dishes to be spicy.

The soup portion was small but very well execute, bright, sour, and full of flavor. The main dish was decent, but it lacked some of the umami depth you would normally expect, particularly from fish sauce. Instead of heat from fresh chilies, it seemed a chili paste was used, which overpowered the dish and muted the classic Thai flavor profile. Fresh chilies, or chilies in fish sauce served on the side, would have been a better choice.

Overall, a solid lunch experience. I would return if I were in the area.

This is probably one of the best Thai restaurants in Cypress. Everything on the menu is delicious especially their curries. Their curry with crab meat is a must try and so worth it. They don’t skimp out on the crab meat.
