Had a very lackluster visit to my favorite pretzel company. Let’s start by saying that I have loved Auntie Anne’s for more than 30 years so I was truly disappointed at the service and food I received at this location. We received cold pretzels that had been sitting around for a while. Also the flavored powder that was to be covering them was non-existent. We drove about 20 minutes to get yo this location to get the pretzels as they had just bought back the sour cream and onion flavor.

Another downside of our visit was I was to receive bonus points for buying the flavored pretzels but did not receive any points at all after scanning my code.

The staff were very overwhelmed and maybe undertrained. They took a long time and seemed to be just doing what they could to get the line down. I sent my feedback when the email was sent and someone emailed but never followed up when I sent my number.

I think next time I have a hankering for a pretzel, i will go elsewhere. Almost 30 dollars is a lot to pay for something so bad.

Came in and got a cinnamon sugar pretzel with my 2yo and we were helped by a wonderful young man named Thomas. Not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he gave us great service with a smile and we will definitely be back again soon

Order frozen lemonade for $5.29 asked to come back in ten minutes not ready. Back in 15 inform will be frozen in about hour. Some girl decided to give me “frozen strawberry as a replacement. Total garbage too sweet not frozen. One sip into the trash. Never again will I spent one penny. My total bill was $18.11.

They never answer their phones. Each time they don’t is business gone out the door at least from me.

I asked them please give me a hot, they said it was hot. Went outside and it was cold. I clearly asked them and was disappointed. Cold pretzel do not taste the same, especially with cheese it was almost $5.50.

I was there waiting around before they were supposed to open at 10. Then 10 came around and they didn't open the doors. So, I went to another store and came back at 10:15 and the door was still locked. I shook the handle and one of the two employees inside just looked at me while he was making pretzels and then went back to making pretzels. They lost my business.

In town for the weekend with family. We visited the outlet mall and stopped by this location. We ordered pepperoni pretzels and their fresh squeezed lemonades. Service was good and didn’t have a long wait although it was fairly busy.

Everyone at this location needs to retake their food prep and serving certifications. They handle money and food with same gloves...don't wear gloves when making pretzels. Serving food with no gloves. Touching my food with bare hands. Flys buzzing food. I walked out. Serious health code violations at this location. Inspector needs to pay them a visit
