My kids love this place!! I get them the smallest size (even for my high school kid). It's the perfect size for this sweet treat.

Drive thru: cannot hear to place an order as the car wash is too loud. Drove up to window & even though the worker saw me - she didn’t acknowledge me - sat for 7 minutes waiting - I didn’t have any shoes & did not want to walk in. Ended up walking in anyway. walked up to counter trying to discuss this & was getting absolutely no where. I started to place my order & was told to go to the other end of the counter. OMG! i told her I have no shoes on & would prefer not to - she replied “then i can’t take your order.” EXCELLENT customer service. Walked my 10 ft to register placed my order - paid for my order - walked back to the “pick up counter” rcvd my order. Walked back to my car get into the car & my order is WRONG! smh! At this point, I felt the wrong flavors were intentional…. no use in going back in.

Dry sno cone. Got all the way home, 2 sno cones were dry 1/3 of the way down. I called and asked if I could get 2 new ones since I’d have to drive 15 min to get there and the ice would be melted by then and the boy on the other end said that he would only add more juice and not give me a new one. Bad customer service!

Decent. Idk why but they have a really loud fan by the microphone in the drive thru so it makes it difficult to hear the staff & vice versa. But it was a fun treat on a hot day
Busy place on a warm Saturday. The employees are very friendly. I asked for a strawberry freeze cake without the strawberries. However, the mix is pre blended. Lauren went out of her way to minimize the strawberry taste to make sure it was perfect for me! My husband’s slushee was very good too! I just want to acknowledge the employees for their superior customer service skills as I’m sure they feel drained at the end of the day!

Since the 529 location didn’t even answer the phones, my dad took me to this location to get my Sonic spoons, cup etc

Yeah this was a bad experience no customer service at all I’m not sure if they are trained or if they just act a certain way when management isn’t there when I entered the door I was not greeted instead they just stared at me and didn’t greet me at all shouldn’t you want to make customers feel welcomed that’s customer service 101 and then they just placed my drink down in front of me and didn’t say anything, not friendly at all very bad service I see other reviews saying the same thing but it seems like nothing is being done

Awful service. Ordered 3/23 at 12:53 waited 45 minutes to finally receive 2 small drink items. Would not come back to this location if my life depended on it. Will be calling corporate to let them know how bad the service is.
