Coupons whether it’s in the app or anything the staff hands out for promotions has never worked. Came in today to redeem my free son in app and what a coincidence system that does it is down again. The promotions throughout the summer for money off son, heck even the scratch promotions never work at this store. I’ve taken them to other stores in Fairfield and off hwy 6 with no issues. Every time I come with ones even the staff have handed out don’t work and it’s always the “system isn’t working today so sorry”
Franchise operator needs to get it together.

I used to love this place been going here for over 7 year's & in the past few months the service has gone downhill tremendously. I've never had to wait in the drive thru for over 5 min even with a line & full store. And I'M THE ONLY CUSTOMER HERE! nobody has even come to the window to acknowledge me the girl was very rude on the speaker taking my order. I am writing this as I'm waiting at the window for over 10 min now. Haven't seen any movement at the window it as if she forgot about me. So sad to see this locations customer service go down I literally had to knock at the window I even back up to the speaker to get the attention and still no response this is so weird. The previous staff was quick and polite. When I told the girl working can I get some kind of acknowledgement please I've been sitting here for over ten min. She told me sorry we are very busy. I looked in the window there was only one person in there but I know I placed my order first. Instead of giving me mine first she made me wait over 10 min for 1 snocone this also happened the last time I went here. Never have I waited over ten min with a line & a full shop. I can't believe this girl was left alone with no management present. Please do better.

Just went here last night 9/12 and got one for me and my daughter. She threw up and I got stomach pain. There is something up with the ice that was used and not clean.

They have a major problem with not putting near enough syrup on the snow cones . I've had to turn around and go back three separate times because the syrup in a large drink only goes down one inch the rest is just solid ice.

came on saturday august 23rd, now don’t get me wrong i love bahama bucks never had a complaint but this was pitiful.. how do u mess up a snow cone. the flavor was so bland because THERE WASNT ENOUGH ! i should’ve just drove to the louetta location

My kids love this place!! I get them the smallest size (even for my high school kid). It's the perfect size for this sweet treat.
Drive thru: cannot hear to place an order as the car wash is too loud. Drove up to window & even though the worker saw me - she didn’t acknowledge me - sat for 7 minutes waiting - I didn’t have any shoes & did not want to walk in. Ended up walking in anyway. walked up to counter trying to discuss this & was getting absolutely no where. I started to place my order & was told to go to the other end of the counter. OMG! i told her I have no shoes on & would prefer not to - she replied “then i can’t take your order.” EXCELLENT customer service. Walked my 10 ft to register placed my order - paid for my order - walked back to the “pick up counter” rcvd my order. Walked back to my car get into the car & my order is WRONG! smh! At this point, I felt the wrong flavors were intentional…. no use in going back in.

Dry sno cone. Got all the way home, 2 sno cones were dry 1/3 of the way down. I called and asked if I could get 2 new ones since I’d have to drive 15 min to get there and the ice would be melted by then and the boy on the other end said that he would only add more juice and not give me a new one. Bad customer service!
