I just wanted to be served some ice cream I don’t know id be getting served an attitude with it. No thank you his name was Bryan and he was just rude I had questions about the menu and he wouldn’t talk just nodded and held up a certain number of fingers for how many scoops I can get. Like he was just mean. I also didn’t know I was paying extra for the romance happening behind the counter. Bryan just spent the whole time flirting with this other girl who was actively trying to do her job and I’m guessing he thought it was cool to give me attitude to impress her. Ps she wasn’t impressed . Yeah I’m sorry he dosent have much game when it comes to the ladies but I just wanted some ice cream. I left feeling uncomfortable (ice cream was good tho love baskin robins~)

Order 7/15/2024 845pm. This location Baskin-Robbin’s, Grubhub order. Completely wrong order. I go to location and the worker tells me he told the driver to call me because they were out of both items. Worker said the driver told him he called me which never happened. I returned both untouched items. The worker does not provide any replacement and tells me they are closing and to go out the side door…….mind you this is 930 pm……they close at 10pm. Both store and driver instead of just cancelling my order took my money including tip, and provided no service. Totally unacceptable!

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. They did a horrible job. They messed up the picture on the cake and then when I picked up no one was able to help. Do not order cakes. Just go to HEB.

Ordered Ubereats and they completely messed my order. Ordered a brownie sundae only to see that I only got the ice cream no brownie and also ordered a banana split only like half a banana in it. Not sure what’s going on but this ain’t gonna work. Please communicate with your customers if you are out of certain ingredients that is part of your job. I have worked in the food industry for years and if you can’t be bothered to do your job thoroughly then quit.
