I went here last weekend - out of cones, so I left. Came again this weekend- still out of cones!!!! How does a ice cream place consistently run out of cones? Last week half the cooler was broken as well. And not surprising at all, but I’m pretty sure you could set the place on fire and the staff wouldn’t care one bit lol. If you want a cone - call ahead before wasting your gas!

Every time we walk into this location, they never have flavors in stock. On top of that, our DoorDash delivers from this location, even though there’s a closer one to our home and every single time the order is incorrect. do better.

I tried to get a shake today. I cant believe the guy told me sorry. We can’t make any shakes, NO MILK. Seriously. That’s ridiculous that you can’t make what I tried to order. I came before and you didn’t have the ice cream I wanted. What is going on with this store. Have someone go to the store buy milk to get you to an order that you get delivered. So sad and poor customer experience.

This place should just close. My wife wanted ice cream and said Baskin-Robbins. I said are you sure? The last 2 times we were there the employees had an attitude and there is never a manager. She said place the order thru the app so we can just go pick it up. I placed the order thru the app and when I went to pick it up they said we don't have any of those flavors so I asked them to cancel the order. They told me they can't cancel the order and I can come back tomorrow when the manager is there and can talk to him. Once again incompetent workers with an attitude and no manager on site. Just close this location and be done with it.

This place absolutely sucks I’ve tried to order from here multiple times I ordered an hour or two before closing. It’s been through door dash and I’ve had multiple dashers waiting to try to pick up the order and they’d leave them hanging so the dasher would pass on my order . Then another dasher would go to the shop to try and wait to pick up my order and they’d leave them hanging until the store finally closes and they cancel my order. This has happened twice the first time it was an hour before closing and the second time it was a two hours before closing. I thought they were too busy the first time but after the second time when I changed around my ordering time I realized they just don’t care.

Trying to order ice cream through Uber Eats or DoorDash? Good luck! The only way I ever order here is by accident— when the Uber Eats app changes it from the location on HW6 to this awful store.
I’ve had orders cancelled because they were closed. Closed at 6PM on a Saturday. I’ve had orders cancelled because they “didn’t have those flavors.” Oh yeah? I ordered a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry. Not exactly exotic choices.
The one time I went in person, the store was grungy and disgusting with trash bins overflowing and sticky tables. The kid behind the counter was bombed on something— like he’d either just ripped a fat hit from a spliff or his xans were just kicking in. Oh, and it was like 93 degrees inside.
Long story short: this location needs to get shuttered until new management is brought in to bring it up to some sort of standards. Whoever’s running this place does not give half a wet squirt. I get it, it’s a fast food job and it’s hard to get employees who care— but at least hire people not actively trying to HURT your business.
