I’ve been here several times where they would not even take my order at the menu and asked me to wait until I got to the window where you pay. And I sat there for 15 minutes while cars in front of me got frustrated and left then I then I ended up leaving also/ I’m not sure what’s going on in there but it’s happened several times. Maybe they’re resetting their systems but it’s ridiculous.

I used to frequent BR in AZ for many years then moved away. Every state I’ve lived in since hasn’t had one until our move to Houston! First day here and we found several!!Best coffee in my opinion. Today we got the frills Carmel blondie to celebrate! Great customer service and the place is clean and festive. Love Black Rock!

I drove yesterday over an hour to visit this location since there are so few in Houston. Before heading out, I checked the website and GPS to confirm it was open, and everything indicated that it was. When I arrived on Sunday, the “OPEN” sign was on, but no one answered at the drive-thru or the window. I parked and tried to go inside, but the door was locked. I knocked several times and even called multiple times—no response. There were cars parked out front, so it didn’t make sense why the location appeared open but wasn’t. If the store is closed or short-staffed, there should at least be a note or sign posted to avoid confusion. It was really disappointing after driving so far just to get a couple of drinks.

5 star service, coffee is perfect

Food is frozen and shipped. Service and atmosphere are good. Prices are on the high end but they do have a happy hour Mon-Thur that offer $2 off drinks

Leaving this review simply to give ALL THE STARS to Jessica! We looove Black Rock - today we switched it up and wanted a fuel drink. She gave us great service, recommendations and a free sample. We ended up getting exactly what she recommended and loved it. She was SO sweet with a big smile. Keep hiring people like Jessica!! 👏🏽💗
