Food was delicious! It's so hard to find places that offer vegan options that aren't bland plain salads,or sandwhiches with limited topping choices. Blaze offers such a great selection of vegan options from the crust, to the cheese to the wide variety of toppings. The service was fantastic as well. Very kind and polite and was able to answer our food allergy and special diet concerns.

Cool atmosphere. Though the smell is not appetizing. Food is OK. Service is a deal killer. Neither of the ladies working yesterday spoke a lick of English. Ordering just a simple pepperoni pizza was pretty difficult.

1,000% reccomend!!! 5 stars! Been here 4 times now. All of the staff here are very professional, nice and efficient. Super affordable and SO MUCH BETTER than MOD!! Which takes like 20 minutes without a line. Cleanliness and hygiene is impeccable. The bathrooms are pristine. Atmosphere is chill, friendly, personable with so much space, no crazy long lines. My bf and I were amazed at how quick the pizzas were made, took like 2 minutes in a brick oven. So many vegan and gluten free options. They offer so many toppings as well, like fresh mozz, goat cheese, lots of diff pestos, and the pizzas are just more flavorful.

My wife and I went to this Blaze Pizza and this place does not ever disappoint. The service is top notch and pizza was delicious. Jose helped us and made sure to prepare our order exactly the way we wanted. All the questions we had Jose answered it promptly and efficiently. I approve this place. Go get you some pizza!!!

Employees were nice. I've eaten at blaze before, always had a pleasant experience. I don't know what happened but I've been throwing up since 2 am, it's currently 4:30. Maybe the ingredients were spoiled.
I was wow'd! This was my first visit. Jose and Alonso were amazing! My husband is vegan, very vegan lol so he takes cross contamination seriously. Jose went above and beyond to explain the vegan options. He was patient and very knowledgeable. This made me very comfortable. I also got a regular pizza, cheesy bread and a Greek salad for me. Everything was delicious. The place is clean and welcoming. Alonzo was very nice as well.

Edit: Called after receiving the review feedback and spoke to Wilmer. He reassured me that I will not experience service like the one I received on April 26th. He made sure my pizza was not cross contaminated and handled it with extreme care. He provided great customer service and I would go to this location again, only if Wilmer is available. I tend to go to the Blaze pizza near Gessner Road, and their service is phenomenal. They treat my food allergies with the utmost seriousness and priority, but this location is another story. Alexa was absolutely incompetent and she didn't have a clue on how to handle my issue. She was the definition of lazy and I had to walk her through on what to do. The manager disappeared and was nowhere to be found and other workers were lounging around on their cellphones. When my pizza was taken from the oven, it wasn't thoroughly cooked. I had to tell the guy to put it back in. When I asked him if they dealt with people with food allergies, he assured me they did and ignored me when I was addressing my concerns. Alexa and her female colleague were in the corner gossiping and looking at me whilst whispering. Absolutely uncouth and unprofessional. I will never go back to this location, and they should all be fired and replaced with individuals who exemplify good customer service and have a strong work ethic.

We love coming to Blaze Pizza, and the biggest reason is Jose! Every time we visit, he greets us with such warmth and kindness. He is always patient while we choose our toppings and builds each pizza with care and positive energy. The vibe he brings makes the whole experience even better!
And the pizza? Always delicious, fresh, and just perfect — thanks to Jose’s amazing work. He even checks in after we’re done to make sure everything was good. That level of care and attention really stands out.
