In town visiting for work. I'm a career restaurant manager so I definitely know what works in the business. Driving around Cypress and I stumbled upon this GEM. From the moment I walked in the building I felt welcomed. Met with a hello and a friendly smile from two lovely ladies. One named Fatima working the register. I asked for a recommendation on a pasta to choose and they suggested the Chicken Parm??!! Absolutely outstanding! Such a large portion at a VERY reasonable...
The pizza is excellent, but I mainly want to say the staff is awesome. I had an Apple Pay issue that was no fault of their own and they worked diligently to help me figure it out! Seriously, Fatima went above and beyond and the customer service was fantastic. They care about making sure the customer is taken care of, not just making a one time transaction from you.
