Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Had the birthday cake we wanted

Grumpy service from who I assume is the owner. Only one car (Corvette) in parking lot, taking two spots like it’s entitled. Trailer taking up other close parking.
No greeting, no common courtesy thanks or anything of the sort. Slammed window open with a “What do ya want”. Got handed two Oreo Blasts that were half melted already, for $16+. Taste was average, at best.
For the price, quality, and level of service I recommend to find somewhere else.

The management at the cypress location is terrible and service is terrible.

Service tonight was 10/10. The young man was very helpful! He made sure we had what we need, gave us some samples, and was very helpful.

The ice cream was really good, and the customer service was A1! I will definitely be back.
I regret not getting the young lady’s name who helped me in the drive-thru but my receipt says “CHayes”. She was awesome!

Got a dirty look when I didnt tip. Ordered a brownie Sunday to go. Get back to the car and they gave me a half melted pathetic looking hot fudge Sunday. I go back explaining the mistake and they argue with me saying that's not what I ordered. I even asked how many scoops the brownie Sunday came with! Just absolutely junk, melted ice cream with little flavor. The price was insanely high too! I won't be back!!!

Garbage. Extremely overpriced soft ice cream with little flavor.

Rocky road is a must try.

Went to this location for the first time.Bad idea.Never have experienced such horrible customer service. Not sure the person taking our order was the owner or an associate . Extremely grumpy,rude and had an annoyed expression the whole time . He gave us our order and literally closed the window on our face . We Ignored that and took a bite of the cone only to find it soft , old and aired . We knocked on the window and my wife complained about the freshness of the cone , he took the icecream from my hand and just made a return AND kept the tip that I gave him, and once more closed the window . We knocked for a bit cause what we were looking for was for him to replace the cone. He did not bother to respond to us.No communication ,no apology , just pathetic behaviour. Never going back there again !

I ordered the cherry vanilla at a different location, had cherries every bite for a small. this location i counted just 5 for the small so i little disappointed

Customer Service top of the line in Cypress and needless to say the ice cream is amazing!!!!!!!

Having worked at homemade ice cream parlors for a good 3 years of my life. This ice cream is solidly up there.

10/10 like always! The ladies tonight really hooked me up with the sprinkles it’s exactly what I wanted :)

Staff was not friendly, he didn’t greet us upon arrival. His hand touch my ice cream as he handed it to me, I scooped a portion out of my cup because of it. I noticed his hands were not the cleanest when he took my order. At least plastic gloves should be worn when serving food. His demeanor wasn’t professional.
