The young lady at the drive-thru was super rude she had an attitude from the start I know we're all tired and I'm tired too I'm a single mom with two kids I did not want to deal with that. didn't get my food wanted a refund I couldn't get a refund she told me I can because it was a mobile and the app and that's not right.

I did ask about senior coffee but, they told me they don’t do at Burger King; I paid for small coffee and sausage biscuit more than $4 dollar, McDonald offer senior coffee and sausage biscuit for $2.68 which is better deal, so why Burger King price is high? No senior, no veterans , not on duty either?

Beware of eating here unless you like hair in your food! I got a meal yesterday during my 30-minute lunch. The young woman at the register should not be working on customer service. Her attitude is as disgusting as the hair I got entangled in my fries. I came back to get a refund after I finished work a few hours later, and she was there again. She got very upset that I dared to complain. I asked for the manager because I knew she would just further mistreat me. The manager seemed polite enough, but when I told her about the hair in my fries and even showed her, it didn't seem shocking to her. I asked for a refund and she said because it was hours ago, she couldn't do it. After reading the other reviews here, it seems the normal at the place. I know these workers don't get paid a lot, but there are standards, especially in the food industry, and they should be held accountable for serving food to customers that is in edible condition. When these things happen, I can only imagine how many code violations go behind doors with employees who don't give a rat's ass about cleanliness.
