The food at catfish station is delicious. The fried catfish is NOT highly seasoned (spicy). The crust is not thick. the hush puppies are slightly sweet with corn kernels (perfect), and the cheese grits are cooked wonderfully. This is the best fried catfish restaurant we have found in the Cypress area. All the service attendants have been friendly and courteous.

This establishment is charging customers excessively. Despite indicating a price of $32.99 online, they charge $38.99 in person. Additionally, the staff, particularly a Hispanic girl, displayed unprofessional behavior. Despite clearly stating a to-go order for the fish family pack with 20 shrimp and two large sides, she entered a shrimp family pack instead and insisted it was the same. The service was unacceptable, with both overcharging and rude attitude. Furthermore, the place appeared unsanitary; I witnessed the same Hispanic girl eating and touching her face, then handling food without washing her hands. I've reported the situation to health services. I advise against visiting this establishment.
I have finally got tired of this location not being able to correctly make to go orders. To many times they forget something and their response is come back to get it. No consideration for their mistake. The food has been good but has gotten very expensive for this type of eating place,

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from the Cyress location! I just ordered combination catfish in shrimp. The catfish was not catfish and slimy. I pulled apart and it was not fish. I called the store and was told by a disrespectful person don’t call them to call Grubhub. Don’t trust them, this is the first and last time I will order anything from a Catfish Station!

I really enjoy the food but buyer beware. The prices they charge you at the store are not the same as the website. Had to cancel and reorder yesterday because the price at the store was about 30% higher than what it should have been. $18.95 + tax costing $27. That math doesn't add up.
