nasty attitudes by owner. even found hair in my food once and he was mad at me. He walks around the establishment (IN THE KITCHEN) with plain old slippers/sandals.

I came to this place about a month ago and it was horrible. 85% bread to 15% of the steak, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They gave me a buy one get one free of any cheese steak small or regular and a free lemonade. I went to turn in my coupons and the owner, an Asian guy, without a care in the world said I don't accept these. He was the one that gave them to me. After a bit of back and forth he said I will give you the free drink but no sandwich. I asked why he could accommodate one coupon and not the other. He said I don't take this and rolled his eyes. He was the one that gave it to me in the first place and now backing out on his word. I love cheese steaks and probably would have been a life long cst if he wasn't so defensive and brash. Learn some cst service.

Ordered a medium steak sandwich to go. It only took 5 mins until it was freshly made. Took it home , still warm and fresh. Meat was tender and juicy, only thing next time should hold the lettuce.

I love the food at Charley's & being from New England, im very particular about cheesesteaks. 1st time at this location and the staff were really nice. Had no issue accepting my coupons I received in the mail that other locations refused.

My third time going here, NEVER disappointed staff very friendly Marline has helped me twice and ALWAYS recommends good choices on sandwiches definitely making this my main location for cheesteaks. Sandwiches always on point and their wings are amazing!!
