I always eat at Katy location but since IHave a Charley's near me I went to visit had 3 people with me Marline didn't want to honor coupons and had attitude snatch my money out my hand in front of my child and people inside the restaurant and told me to leave all behind my coupons I will never go to this location long as she work there.
I just went here today after infusions and let me tell you. The customer is always GREAT! Marline, the manager was amazing. Her bright and warming personality is what makes people day. This is definitely my number one location. Thank you! You never know what kind of day someone is or has had but you unknowingly make it better. People don’t undermine workers in the food industry. They have the power to turn your day with food, comfort, and empathy.Dietary restrictions: Can’t have beef so I get the amazing chicken Philly.
