The service at this location sucks. Long story short, if you place an order and do not get what you ask for, its your problem not theirs. I came in tonight and ordered 2 combo meals, repeated my order several times, and even made sure to use "combo" when ordering. Well, they only charged me for 1 combo, 1 sandwich and one drink. I proceeded to tell the GM, Tomi, that my order was wrong in which he replied I wasn't charged so technically there is nothing wrong with my order. At this point I'm now frustrated that I have to keep explaining to him what I ordered vs what I was charged for so I asked for a refund. He tells me there is a no refund policy. I asked him where does it state their no refund policy. He then tells me that its his choice and he could IF it was a bigger issue. SMH I guess I'm not seen as a regular paying customer. In all I left with no food and no refund. So, now I have to wait for the transaction to clear to file a dispute and contact the BBB, all unnecessary

Edit: AfterI contacted the BBB who hit a dead end because the owner refused to respond, I reached out to my bank. I sent in video proof of return and after 30 day of investigation the charge was overturned and monies returned to my account. I’ve never had an establishment try to blatantly steal from me. Beware they are more concerned with their inventory than doing right by their customers.

If I could give this zero stars I would !!! It states that they close at 10 pm. I arrived at 9:30. The store was still open and also had customers, I went to the drive-thru and spoke in the mic a couple of times after a while I saw workers leaving out the back and talking amongst themselves they hadn’t informed me that they were closed until I asked

As much as I like Charley's in the mall these franchise outside locations are really skimp with the fries..wow! I've never been anywhere that only gave you 8- 10 fries u less they were potatoe wedges. This is crazy and then I asked for them to give me more I think they added 3 fries..lol $14 an I can literally count my fries where they do that at?? Oh and the dryness I got asking for more which we were willing to pay but $3 for7 fries ridiculous !! Glad I didn't pay! My sandwich was soaked by the teriyaki sauce and I got a peach Lemonade which I didn't know had peach chunks in it..so much so that was what was mainly coming through my straw.

A MUST READ! Who ever this manager is! RUN FROM HIM! They gave me cold a$$ food talking about that’s how they food comes! Please! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN! It’s horrible! He tried to give me a hard time about a refund! I don’t want no cold food I paid $15.00 for! He goes though and tries to inspect the food! LIKE U WEIRD OH! Why are you debating me about food I watched you pull from the grease 10 mins ago and it’s been sitting there and I specially ASK FOR FRESH FOOD!!! To go though and inspect each item to intimidate me to not get a refund!

These Louisiana fries have enough seasoning on them to give you a heart attack! They are regular fires with seasoning thrown on top! Nothing like the picture! Madness! Madness!!

Cheese sticks were burned as pictured lol & these are the best thing on the menu but you can find anywhere in town with a Sysco contact who sales cheese-sticks and chicken.

And don’t waste your time downloading the app if any promos are going on because it won’t take your $5 off a $15 purchase! SCAMS! Really a waste of money!! Honestly! Wholeheartly! RUN! Go to the grocery store & just cook.

If I could give this place a negative 1 star, I would! The customer service here is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I ordered the wrong sandwich and when I asked them to remake and I will pay the difference, the Manger Tone refused stating it wasn't there error. I asked for corporates number so that I may file a complaint and he would not provide that as well. I will be reporting this business to BBB, corporate and whoever else I can. I will never ever patronize again and will tell everyone I know how horrible the service is.

After waiting for my food and receiving my order. I was sorely disappointed. I specifically asked for no lettuce. I took my sandwich back to the counter showed my receipt which clearly stated no lettuce. They took it back, and very casually took the lettuce off (still some left) and handed me back the same sandwich. Needless to say I requested a refund and got it with an attitude and no apology. Do not recommend.
