Did not taste food at the time of this review, however, the young lady Tay that took my order was very customer focused. She even gave me a drink sample because I was undecided on what I wanted . Also, she did not get irritated with my many order changes. This was a much better experience then my very first experience. Also, as I left the lot I saw her bring out an order to a car. Great commitment to customer satisfaction. ?

I’ve been coming to this Charleys since they opened and the service has gone down. The employee who took our order did not once greet us, we had to repeat our order more than twice. The food took longer than usual to come out, we were dining in and they bagged it to-go. I am not sure what is going on but this is definitely not customer service as a person who works in the fast food industry and has 6+ years of experience.

Good food but can customers get their food without being bogged down about tips. Every business now a days wants tips , I will make my visit there less often to avoid this pressure. I see absolutely zero need to ask customers in a drive through for tips.
