Staff there really needs a reality check you are working with food and touching peoples food with gloves that you have on while sitting on side and drinking your own drinks and doing whatever else on down time that’s so disgusting

Customer service was horrible. Guy at counter said they didn't open till 11:30, it was 11:10 , then 5 minutes later a woman pulled up for food that she ordered online. Make that make sense. Just lazy

Staff is rude. Food took an absurd amount of time to be ready. Food was cold and was a tiny portion. Hardly any veggies on it. There was 1 sliver of onion and 2 tiny peppers. Disgusting. I didn’t expect this from a Charley’s.

Spent $55 on an order. Order was not correct. Gave me bone in wings instead of boneless. When they replaced the wings there was so much butter and so little lemon pepper the wings where not edible, my son also ordered lemon pepper wings and there was scarce amount of lemon pepper. They gave me large fries instead of regular fries. My husband ordered scorpion sting wings and again barely any seasoning. My daughter ordered ultimate fries and fries were drowning in ranch. She couldn't eat them. This was a very disappointing visit because we love Charleys. Staff need to be retrained especially on wings

I would not recommend getting food here at all I found roaches in my lemonade and when I came to them with the problem they wanted to give me another lemonade like no I don’t want another lemonade after finding roaches in it absolutely not and then still serving people the same lemonade that had roaches this made me sick to my stomach I wanted to throw up there was no apology or asking if I’m okay or anything just looking at me like I’m crazy do not come here

They were the food vendor with 4 staff working and one guy was giving out free samples, and it worked it go me to get a cheesesteaks for lunch. They had a new limited time kimchi cheesesteaks so I got that one, it was very fast and they called out my number and I went up to grab my food and the napkins. For one sandwich, it was a bit expensive but it was quite big, I almost can't finish it. I got the regular size one. It was quite cold that day so it was nice to have a nice warm cheesesteak.

I came to eat with my family on a Monday 08/05 the customer service was bad and unprofessional. Cashier was super nice tho! I ordered 10 wings 2 flavors they gave the same flavor when I went and asked if there was something wrong with my order one of the employee with curly hair which her hair was everywhere not sanitary for a food place and snatched the box from me and just added seasoning powder on top.
