This restaurant didnt receive my mobile order, and the girl in the drive thru refused to help me even after I showed her my receipt and verified the time of the order and the address. She just stared at me like it was my job to figure out how to help myself as a customer. I did that by placing my own mobile order, didn't I?

She never asked to take my order on her iPad. She never apologized. She never even offered to get help from someone else. Just stared and made it frustrating and uncomfortable.

Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to is friendly and attentive. This location never greets, never confirms my order, and offers zero acknowledgment. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A standard.
If you’re unhappy, take it out on yourself not on the customer.

The service here is always exceptional. We sometimes go inside to eat breakfast and the staff are super friendly and attentive.

Employees were not trained well. I ordered online at the different location by mistake. When arrived, they didn't help me with retaking a new order and canceling the other location but sending me to the other location to pick up my food. This were interaction with both the drive through order taker and the cashier. This is not how you make business. This location need to improve in management and training. Very disappointed and got no food from this location.

Poor customer service and bad direction. Worker responded annoyed “oh my God” in response to me being confused and pulling a little to far. It was my first time visiting this location and my local Chick-fil-A works differently. As a Christian I was offended by this language and comment. Food was great and came out fast, but the teenage girl was not very friendly or empathetic.

This is the worst CFA to ever go to. I work close by and this restaurant consistently gets my order wrong. I even use the app to place the order online and they still can’t get it right. The service here is one of the worst CFA that I’ve ever been to. One experience I placed two mobile orders under the same name, went through the drive through, and was only given one meal, was told that I had to pay for the other meal when I already had a receipt for the purchase and then told sorry after showing them and till got my order wrong.

Worst experience at a chik fil a I ever had! My son ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack cheese and when it was brought out the cheese was cold and not melted. He asked if they could heat it just a bit to melt the cheese and the girl was rude and says no we don’t do that with a smirk. He responded and told her, you can’t do that? So he came back to the table and told me what happened. I walked up front and as I was waiting to speak to someone, another girl whose name is Valeria says, you should’ve thrown a drink at him referring to my son. I said, really, you should’ve thrown a drink at my son? She didn’t expect me to hear that and immediately starting arguing with me and coming near me. Her manager had to hold her back. This is unacceptable behavior and it’s inexcusable. That type of individual should not be employed by at chick fil a.
