I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 years to pick up DoorDash delivery orders. Lately the managers have been very shady towards me. I have a strong feeling it is because I’m a young black man, they assume I am stealing orders. I strongly believe, if a white male in his early 20’s like me picked up an DoorDash order, they would be more trusted. I’m a college student trying to pay my bills every semester paycheck to paycheck. I don’t appreciate the negative atmosphere when I come in to pick up a delivery order. I feel disrespected. I hope they are treating other dashers the same way being overprotective over an order and not just me and only me. Mind you, DoorDash will deactivate me if customers report so many orders undelivered or missing items?☹️.

UBER EATS DRIVERS BEWARE - 100% of the time I ALWAYS have issues with this restaurant. Furthermore - General Manager Bill is a rude, bigoted unprofessional who flaunts his catty, feminine wiles at a restaurant that is supposed to be Christian based.He mocks and threatens Uber Eats drivers due to his frustrations at the lack of efficiency and cohesion of his own team. Furthermore, he handed me an incomplete order without drinks to further establish that the incompetency comes from the top down.Thanks for assisting me in delivering cold food with missing drinks.Let me know if you still need me to assist you and blocking me from receiving Uber Eats orders from Chick-fil-A as you continued insisting on doing instead of taking the energy to properly communicate with me to ensure that the food order itself was accurate. That would not be a day too soon.

General Manager Carlos is unprofessional and rude. I ordered my food to be made fresh. Only the fries were fresh and had heavy salt. The other two items nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich were cold. The general manager insisted an argument with me. Grabbed the bag pulled out the nuggets and yelled at me to “touch it, touch it”. I was told no when I requested a refund. Never received such poor service at Chick Fil A yet alone from a manager.
