Disappointed went to chick fila today on lunch break and spent 29. Minutes stuck in line, once you are in this line you are trapped. Late getting back to work, called the store while trapped in line and they told me they were doing the best they could. It was unacceptable. When 5 cars are ahead of you there is absolutely no reason to spend a half hour in line. I am certain that they know there are many businesses around this establishment and people may run by for lunch. They are categorized as fast food and their service should mirror that. They need to come up with a plan since the line is set up to where you cannot exit once you pull in, to expedite the delivery time. The lady who answered the phone was nonchalant about the drivers stuck in line. Make the drive thru faster or expand the drive thru to where those who cannot wait all day can exit and go on about their business

My mom and I went to eat lunch today at the Chick-fil-a at 290 and Spring Cypress in Cypress Tx. I had ordered the grilled nuggets meal and when the food was brought out I received the normal fried nuggets. It was no problem for me to go back up to the counter to get it fixed until the manager told me that I owed $3 for their mistake. Also why is grilled nuggets more expensive than fried? I paid the $3 extra because I didn't want to cause any issues. Until my mom realized they recharged us for the side of fruit we got with the meal plus the grilled nuggets difference. The manager continued to argue with her about how he's right and she's wrong showing her why we were charged. Him offering a brownie doesn't make things better as well, the price of that brownie was close to the difference in price of the nuggets, so why did we have to pay the difference then?? It was super disappointing because we love chick-fil-a but this will be our last choice location to go to. I don't understand why the manager had to argue over a simple mistake that could've just been swapped out with the correct food.

My recent visit to Chick-fil-A left much to be desired, primarily due to Shelby's lack of warmth and friendliness. Rather than offering a simple greeting, she jumped straight to asking what I wanted, which felt abrupt and unwelcoming. This lack of personable interaction truly dampened my experience and made me reconsider wanting to return anytime soon. Service matters, and unfortunately, this encounter was disappointing enough to overshadow the usual quality I expect from Chick-fil-A.

BEWARE of using their app to place your order! I've used before and no issues. Tried it this week and got an error telling me my order could not be placed. It was lunchtime and busy, plus I was in a hurry to get back to work, so I wasn't going to start a new order. The app said my order couldn't be placed so I left only to get a call about 10 minutes later demanding to know where I was, that they had my order but couldn't find me and what location did I go to. In the past, if I didn't have funds loaded on the app to cover the order, the app asked for the payment method or to add funds to the app. Not this time, which also made me think the order didn't go through. Apparently, a credit card was saved from a previous order, and I was charged. The lady with Chick-fil-a informed me they aren't responsible for their app and they don't do refunds. Well, the customer sure isn't responsible for the app. I'm out the cost of a meal. Worst experience ever with this chain, but I can say it will be the last one.

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but I think this is my first bad experience at a CFA. We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was very snippy and kept saying “what else” in an annoyed voice. When we finally got our food (after waiting the longest I ever have in a CFA drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us), we drove off only to realize that they gave us a sandwich instead of nuggets. So we then had to go back through the drive thru and wait in line yet again, they made us give the sandwich back to them (pretty sure this is a health code violation of some kind) and then begrudgingly gave us the nuggets. They did not apologize for the inconvenience at all. After driving off and finally starting to eat our food, we realized they gave us the wrong size fries after charging us for larges. Just super disappointing :(

This location gets your food wrong 80% of the time. It’s actually impressive how inaccurate they are. And the workers are rude when you bring it up

The manager is very personable and courteous. Employees are very helpful and provide excellent service. We were helped by Martin today working the cashier and he was very kind to us and treated us as valued customers. For fast food that says a lot! I’m happy with the value that this chick fil a provides me and my family. Thank you !
