I used to always come to this location but I don’t know what happened to this location. They are taking long to bring food out to curbside and are always forgetting the sauces. The food is okay here but the coffee has a different taste. I’m currently at curbside and I have waited about 12 min to get my curbside order. The drive thru lane moves faster at this point than ordering ahead.

Update: after this review I made and waiting 12min in curbside to get my order that I placed way before hand… I received it and drove off (late) to drop off my kid to school only to look into the bag half way and not get 5 of the items I ordered nor getting any sauced or creamers for my coffee. Very disappointing.this is my 4-5th instance where I’ve had an issue with this location.

Lucas was very unprofessional, I noticed he was staring at my daughter. After completing my purchase, he asked my daughter what school she went to. She replied and then he continued to ask for her Instagram. I didn’t bring my daughter to chickfila to find a thug. I brought her to get a meal. I have never been more repulsed and uncomfortable dining at chickfila.

Ordered from drive through, Two ice cream cones and meal. Was handed two cones without containers!!! How do I drive or put them somewhere in my car? Why aren’t containers provided??? Yes other drive Thur has them. This is unacceptable and ridiculous!!

Update: The service has been phenomenal the last few times I've visited. They stay on top of everything and always make sure you have utensils, ketchup, and hot sauce without even needing to ask. They haven’t made any mistakes with my orders, and that consistency really stands out. Well done to the team for keeping up such great service!

I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for many years, but over the past five years, I’ve seen a noticeable decline in service quality.

The exceptional customer care that once set Chick-fil-A apart seems to have faded. Employees now appear less engaged and indifferent, and accuracy has become a consistent issue.

Every time we place an order, something seems to go wrong. They frequently add butter to items we specifically request without it, and sometimes, the fries are overly salted. They always give us the wrong items or leave items out.

It’s disappointing to see such a shift from the high standards that once defined their service.

I hope Chick-fil-A can address these issues and return to the level of care and attention that made them exceptional.
