Most of the staff and multiple locations are great. The service industry is not for the weak. I had an issue one night and two very bright stars happened to helped me out. These two outstanding souls are named Lars and Sania. Truly, they went out of their way and could’ve just gone the easy route. It’s people like this in the world that gives us hope!

Everyone here in the drive thru are the sweetest people! ESP Lar! The management here does a great job in training their employees and making sure all the food goes out in a timely manner. Always quick to order and I’m out in less than 10 min. Everything always taste delicious and fresh.

Ordered catering a month in advance. Love that they send emails about changing or when the order would be ready. The ordering was smooth. When it was time to pick up they offered a drink while I wait. They brought it out and everything was correct.

It’s always hit or miss at this location. There isn’t any consistency what so ever. I ordered a salad and there was hardly any chicken. I noticed if I ordered a salad without a certain ingredient it comes with less chicken. Not sure why you’d think they’d add more if anything but here’s a salad I just opened. They always have some older lettuce in their salads that’s brown in color. You know where it’s close to expiring.

Portion size of the chicken keeps getting smaller and smaller. Have to request they remake it. They always claim the chicken is with their scale, which may be true, but they’re scamming everyone out of their money. The food is no longer good since they stopped serving antibiotic free chicken.

Shortened me on my order. When I got home best they could do was telling me to go back and pick it up. where is the accountability? It’s like it’s the small gestures that matter. They could’ve easily handled it by saying oh we’re sorry. Come pick up the sandwich that they did admit that they realize they did not give to me after speaking to Michaela Could’ve gotten a step further and said for the inconvenience will give you a voucher or even some hashbrowns on the house. For an organization as big as Chick-fil-A to handle it so nonchalant is very disappointing! They could’ve easily DoorDash it to me as well.
