There was hair in my food and I am completely upset about it. I literally was pulling it out the chicken after biting into the sandwich.

I placed my order through the drive-thru at this location. The customer service was superb from the young lady that took my order and the young lady that delivered my order. However, it wasn’t busy, but the service was slow. I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered chicken nuggets and french fries, they had no taste whatsoever. My mother ordered a sandwich and french fries, and echoed the same sentiments. The food was not good at all from this location.

The person that took my order was horrible. My wife wanted the #1 grilled. The guy taking the order said we needed to get the grilled club, but my wife didn't want the bacon or the multi grain bun. We have always gotten the #1 grilled. He finally agrees and then did everything ad hockey. Ended up costing more than the normal meal.

food was okay but they forgot one of the meals we ordered and wouldn't offer us a refund over the phone just a credit to get a pie and the meal if we came all the way back, for a place with a delivery system that seemed unnecessary we arent traveling that far again, they get a bad review $12.09 worth of a bad review I'm not happy and that's what matters to me.

This is by far my favorite Chick-fil-A location (even without indoor seating). The service is always fast, and you never get cold fries or a not-so-spicy sandwich. You get EXACTLY what you ordered - every time. Just now I was blown away to have my curbside order brought to my window before I'd even had a chance to put in the spot number!! Incredible.
