The person that took my order was horrible. My wife wanted the #1 grilled. The guy taking the order said we needed to get the grilled club, but my wife didn't want the bacon or the multi grain bun. We have always gotten the #1 grilled. He finally agrees and then did everything ad hockey. Ended up costing more than the normal meal.
This location is perfection. Always getting our order right, food and drinks are fresh, and service is outstanding. The manager, Jacob, even remembers my favorite drink ! Made me feel so happy! Please keep up the amazing work!
I came in earlier today and the breakfast was really good but sadly I found a nail in my drink :( but the lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice about it and was more than generous to offer me a refund and to come in and get a drink!
