Love love love this Chick! I always go a little before lunch to treat some special people on Tuesdays with chicken sandwich’s and they are always accommodating with no hesitation. I order breakfast too and they always make sure it’s sent out together and ALL hot! Great Staff! Great Service!!! Will always come back!

I really hate to pile on another bad review. But. Last night (Thursday)I drove through and ordered a side salad and a 4 chicken stripe meal. Did I ask for the salad instead of the fries? I don't think so, but maybe. Well I got home and realized there were no fries, and no dipping sauce. And also, I didn't have the large tea that I asked for specifically, half sweet half unsweet with no ice. My order was over $14, so I probably should have had a little more than 4 chicken stripe and a side salad. This was my first visit to this location.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars: Unbeatable Service at Spring Cypress! This Chick-fil-A location is run like a machine. They are incredibly fast at moving the long drive-thru line, and the staff is always the most polite and cheerful you'll find anywhere—always saying 'my pleasure.' The Chicken Sandwich is consistently hot, fresh, and perfect every time. A true 5-star experience!

I have done research about kids having stomach aches with the buns and the chicken and fries have changed masively throughout the past 3 years but it does have great service and employees.

I can't believe that Chick-Fil-A removed their entire indoor seating area. The food is the same. The service is the same. But I will not visit this location ever again.
I ordered a Peppermint Iced coffee and it was terrible. I have ordered before and looked forward for this seasonal drink. I was in a rush (mom duties) and didn't take a sip until I was long on the road. It was so bad that I couldn't handle another sip so I went to a near by location and asked them to give me a different one. The Peppermint syrup was very heavy on the bottom of the cup...stirring it wasn't helping it.

ordered breakfast at 10:20 was literally a street over. It told me it was being made immediately due to proximity pulled up at 10:31 and was denied my breakfast. I worked in fast food before and I know that the cut off isn’t real slackers man will not be back.
