I wish they had spicy chicken options but the fact you can get any 3 pieces of chicken, your choice, a side and a drink for $13 is alright with me, especially because I don't eat dark meat so I'm chosing 3 breasts đ€Ł. More bang for my buck. I'll add my own seasoning at home or just get a jalapeno and I'm good.

All the food was cold and glad we checked the order because they messed up our bread didn't give us our side or gravy until we checked the bag and noticed those items were missing, mashed potatoes was more like soup than potatoes. Price too freaking high for the food quality to be so low. Former football player is owner he should broadcast or sumn because this is not his niche giving a bad name to all chicken express franchises

I purchased the Mega Meal & 6 extra rolls from the drive thru. I was going to order online but wanted the food to be fresh so I placed the order in person. Online the amount due with taxes was $79.49 but when I ordered in the drive thru, the total with taxes was $99.89. After going inside and speaking to the staff, I was told the prices differ online... So be aware of the price because that's $20.40 more than what I was expecting to exchange. There was no notice online or in store when I brought this issue up. I hope this franchise will give attention to the matter because it's deceptive & dishonest to continue taking advantage of customers.

I am a uber eats driver. This restaurant hands down is the cleanest chicken place I have ever seen. I have been to some pretty disturbing restaurants, but the restaurant was immaculate and the service was professional. Highly recommend.

I can only assume they were too lazy to make new gravy and just poured water in the leftovers and mixed it up. Disgusting.
I also noticed that this location does not give you the ranch that is supposed to come with the poppers. Other locations always do.
This is pretty much Popeyes chicken. I will add that the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection. The biscuits aren't that great, but the roles are pretty good. The prices are quite higher than Popeyes.

I recently visited your Cypress location on 529 (Register #3, DT #3082) at 8:44 PM and ordered the 7-piece chicken strip meal with two sides. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed that one of the sidesâmozzarella sticksâincluded only two pieces. I was very surprised, as two mozzarella sticks hardly seem like a sufficient portion for a full adult meal, especially one that cost $18.
I called the store for clarification, and the young lady who answered (from the drive-thru) said the manager was busy. When I asked for the managerâs name, she replied that she didnât know it, claiming, âItâs Hispanic and I forgot.â When I insisted on speaking to the manager, she told me he doesnât speak English.
This entire exchange felt extremely unprofessional. I truly hope itâs not standard policy to offer just two mozzarella sticks as a full sideâthat would be unreasonable. I was told that a family meal includes six sticks total⊠for the entire family? Thatâs barely one each!
Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope this feedback helps in improving service and communication at this location.
