I don’t come here often as it’s very expensive compared to competitors, but the food is amazing. Today I ordered a 7 piece spicy tender meal, the worker was extremely rude cutting me off as I spoke. Not to mention my 7 piece meal was 3 pieces short and the roll was smashed. Needless to say although I love the food and will visit other chicken expresses I will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered the 3 piece fish with cream corn and mac and cheese . The fish was horrible ? NO seasoning at all and over cooked. I was the only one in line and it took them over 10 minutes to give me my order with no communication.

Ordered a grub hub pick up order, chicken tenders, fried pickles and French fries. Picked it up myself, cold by the time I got home, chicken tenders are skinny and not even tasty, fries and pickles not good either. Very expensive too, won't be going back there ?

My food was DELICIOUS!! VERY GOOD!! I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 piece dark and 2 piece fish.....fish fried crispy and delicious. Hushpuppie, cheese sticks and biscuit w/the chicken. $19.54. I would definitely go back.

I'm not sure what happened tonight at Chicken Express, but whoever prepared the gravy needs to be retrained or removed from ever making the gravy again. It was so watery!! Number one reason I chose to eat from here is the gravy and tenders. I gave them 2 stars because fries, drink and roll were good. Tenders were crispy, but had zero flavor. They also gave me 3 1/2 tenders, not 4. Really would not have noticed the lack in seasoning on the tenders if I had edible gravy. We have come to this place a few times since it opened. Really disappointed today. I'll give them one more try and hope that this gets corrected.

I love Chicken Express I just hate the service at this location I live in Cypress and I drive all the way to the one on Airtex and 45 they have some of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen it’s like whoever owns this place should fire the entire staff rehire a whole new crew

This location started off good but it seems now the quality of people they’ve now hired have gone downhill. They’ve repeatedly gotten my order wrong although it was repeated by the person taking the order at the drive thru window , when I got home to eat my meal realized it was still wrong . It has happened on multiple occasions .

I ordered 2 #1’s (4 strips) with 2 sides and the total was ~$24. For $12 a plate I would expect to have full sized chicken tenders and this is what I got. I’m sorry, but if you’re going to give me a half sized strip, add another half to make it a full sized strip. On top of that, I waited at the drive thru window after I paid for about 10-15 mins. This is actually ridiculous and a waste of money. The only Chicken Express near me and it has to be trash. So sad. AND my mashed potatoes are sour tasting so I can’t even be happy about those. On top of this all, I drove 25 minutes to get this and so It’s not like I can just go back and make a complaint bc that’s another hour of driving.
