This location is very unsatisfactory me and my wife was here and was not waited on for 15 minutes no one ever came to see if we needed anything. Customers cam in after us and was waited on immediately. I do not recommend this location to no one. I will take my money and tip to a better establishment who deserves it. Cheddars is better.

Had a family dinner around 8pm on a Friday night (family of 6). Service was terrible and SO slow (not packed whatsoever).
1) womens restrooms are closed. So everyone had to use the mens. The sign said you could lock the door for safety. My younger daughter and I walked in on a male using the restroom (we did knock no reply). Line every so often for bathroom bc of that.
2) ordered coffee. Cold and half-way filled. Creamer was expired. Took 15min to bring another "fresh" one and again was cold and half filled.
3) I think something was wrong with chicken. My daughter and I ordered dishes that had crispy chicken.. we are glued to the bathroom to say the least.
Overall our server barely attended to us. It took forever for her to get to us. She seemed overwhelmed/annoyed. I honestly think they might have been understaffed which totally isn't her fault.
Save ur coin and go elsewhere.

Server was amazing and food was good! my only problem was, i understand some people have to bring their kids to work but it comes to a point where it can be a disruption. Someone’s daughter was in one of the seats on the phone the whole very loud and it was very annoying to eat or enjoy my food. Instead of the guardian correcting her, he just let her keep being a disruption to the people around. If her guardian is the manager, he needs to talked to because it can hurt the servers money of whoever section that girl was in. And if that was a regular employee kid than the guardian needs to be instructed to quiet their kids because it’s a work establishment. Also she coughing everywhere!

Cat is the best server in the chili's franchise no other establishment will meet a server of this quality. Even though she hates seeing me and my girlfriend irregularly we still make it our duty to come bother her from time to time just to make her day even better!

Came to this chilis because I was out in Cypress visiting my family and decided to order to go since I always have great service at the location in Alvin. BUT THIS WAS A AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Their Togo is so slow and it wasn't even busy. I stood there for 10 mon before the Togo girl even said anything to me. I waited for over 20 min for a triple dipper and a side of fries and place the order 15 min before I got there. While I was waiting there was another guest waiting and after the Togo girl finally noticed me the other guest asked do you know how much longer for my order? Amd the guest food was just sitting in the back and the Togo girl said oh it's been ready I didn't know your name! Sounds to me they need new Togo people and maybe some new management that know how to run a restaurant especially since the manager was just standing around at the bar and didn't even notice what was going on.
