I always love a good Triple Dipper from Chili’s!! The location closer to me closed , so i haven’t been in a while. I went on a date and the food was great! The atmosphere was great. The crew had great vibes and even made us laugh. I can tell the night manager loves her job lol. The server was really sweet and attentive as well. I’d def come out of my way to come to this chilis again.

First time at this location, service was good.
Sadly some low life decided to break into our vehicle. And not a single camera in sight.
According to the officer is not the first time cars get breaking into there.
Come on Chili’s it’s 2026 you can find a four pack cameras for less than what it cost to replace my window.

I had a really great experience at this Chili’s location. The management was attentive and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Our waiter Walter was friendly, patient, and very efficient — he made sure our orders were correct, checked on us regularly, and kept everything moving smoothly. It’s refreshing to see such strong teamwork and service. Highly recommend!

Hi! I come to this location frequently & wanted to express how much I enjoy dining here because of the manager Marcus C. He is usually there when I come in and he literally takes time to greet tables and make sure service is up to par. It’s come to a point where I can tell if he’s not the manager on the floor. Keep up the good work young man!

I have not been to a Chilis in over a year. Saw a commercial and suggested to my husband that we go there for lunch.
We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of food and the exceptional service.
The prices were great also. Will be returning there soon.

I don’t usually write reviews, but what I experienced here needs to be addressed. The atmosphere immediately felt off, and throughout the meal I felt overlooked and dismissed. Service from our server, was minimal at best, and I had to wait far longer than reasonable for basic attention. It felt like my table simply wasn’t a priority.
What stood out in the worst way was the bartender’s behavior. Instead of maintaining professionalism, he openly made faces in our direction and engaged in side conversations with the manager. Watching staff behave that way while guests are clearly uncomfortable is unacceptable and speaks to a deeper issue with management oversight.
As a person of color, it’s impossible to ignore how differently I felt treated compared to others around me. Intentional or not, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Restaurants should be places where everyone feels comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Management needs to take a hard look at staff conduct and accountability. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I was on the way home ordered two 3 for me bacon cheeseburgers meals that totaled 32.46 waited almost 45 mins for my food only for me to get home and it was no bacon on my burgers and it clearly say on the receipt BACON CHEESEBURGERS!!! I called back to the store pissed spoke to Kane that was so nice that took my complaint and told my I would get a full refund ! I waited 5 days no refund I called the store again spoke to Liz regarding my refund she apologized said she sent my money somewhere else and it was a error tell me why I checked my back account to see she refunded me $10 and not my full total and it was they’re fault so yes I’m leaving a review because that’s lying to the customer and very misleading and not taking full accountability if I knew I was only gonna get 10$ I would of just got my order remade I don’t like that take your money somewhere else I don’t recommend this location Liz is a liar

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were not welcomed or treated with the same respect as other guests. Our server, Leandra, barely came to our table and showed little to no engagement when she did. Basic service expectations were not met.
What made the experience worse was observing the bartender behaving immaturely by sticking his tongue out at us and gossiping with the manager instead of addressing concerns or maintaining professionalism. That behavior alone speaks volumes about the culture being tolerated here.
As people of color, it was hard not to feel that our poor treatment was rooted in bias. Whether intentional or not, the lack of attentiveness, professionalism, and accountability created an unwelcoming environment.
Management should be deeply concerned about how staff conduct themselves and how guests are treated. No one should leave a restaurant feeling disrespected or marginalized. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed, because no customer deserves this kind of experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Make sure you get seated at one of Shay's tables. She was awesome. Made the experience great for my brother's birthday dinner, wich I'm sure wasnt easy having a party of 13. To be honest, this is the only Chili's we go to anymore. Only one in quite a while that still gets the food and service right everytime.
