I dont know how this place is open they advertise as frozen yogurt but serve some nasty looking ice cream. There was no one there when we entered and some people said ring the bell for service and we did but no one came. I have never seen an ice cream place operated in such a sad and bad way.

They're called chillers frozen yogurt and they don't have any frozen yogurt. The guy told me they stopped doing fro yo after covid.

Love to go here for my nieces/nephews cravings also myself lol. They have varieties of boba drinks such as flavor teas, smoothies and coffees with any add on sinkers. I personally love their mango cup. So good! They also have ice cream.???????? Different flavors ice cream with any toppings.???????? I usually get chocolate ice cream with marshmallows and brownies bites. So delicious. They have hot foods too from pizza, nachos, chicken tenders and more!! It’s like the best place to get everything all at once. Their customer service is fabulous! Very patient and helpful on choosing drinks, ice creams and foods. Place is very clean and modern. Their decor is super cute! Kids/adults friendly environment. Just love it here.

Got here too close to closing time, and there were only 3 flavors of yogurt available. No nuts and no caramel sauce. Not worth the stop for me

So 75% of the machines wasn’t working and they only had 3 weird flavors. Then there was this child who put his hand in 3 toppings and was eating out of them. His mother not did the employee stop the child. So disgusting! This my first and last time there. If your going be cautions when getting toppings.

I arrived to this location with my kids to find out several flavors were out and yogurt seemed to be watered down. I truly can't see business remaining open without effort towards customer service approach.

They only had 3 or 4 flavors and it was very dirty. They are always willing to take your money but they are lazy when it comes to cleaning the tables or chairs.
