This place is average at best. The staff is somewhat rude and unwelcoming. I’ve tried eating here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is no evidence of the staff well trained on a restaurant experience. I ordered dinner to go and I was told chips and salsa would be a $7 separate charge. What Mexican restaurant charges for chips and salsa?!?! I really hope a competitor Mexican restaurant opens in bridgeland soon. The attitude of entitlement here is bad.

Best breakfast tacos in town!I tried the papas con huevo and was absolutely delicious. A splash of green salsa makes the perfect combination.

Visited some time ago with friends upon receiving my meal noticed a lack of taste and quality considering the price I paid asked the only cashier on duty for the manager to voice my opinion on the matter and manager was nowhere to be found! Decided to give it another shot and more of the same shame a space is wasted on this considering the little options there are in the bridgeland area hopefully some changes to management or change of restaurant soon

I’ve ordered via Grubhub or Doordash many times over the last 2 years and almost every time the order is wrong. Last time when I brought the wrong order in I was told the order is not being received correctly through the app so they redid it. This is still an issue. Also, if someone orders “the works” but the specifics don’t show on your end please call the customer to verify. Why in the world would anyone order “the works” if they just want potato and egg.
I order here because it's convenient pickup from my location. But I have ordered beef or chicken enchiladas multiple times to go and come home to find the order was only cheese (3 times). I have also had my order come correct many times as well, but definitely a mix bag here.

food was stale and cold (even when they claimed they just made it). Nachos were bone dry - def not worth the 12 bucks. ok, but the thing is…we ordered and started eating around 820…waited until 855 for the rest of the order and they asked if we could eat our food outside. lol! it’s insane to me how badly mismanaged this place is…who asks customers that are actively eating to take the rest of the food (that they themselves took in insane amount of time prepping) to-go ?. def do not recommend…i’m still thinking about the fact that 5 adults with 4 small kids had to go finish their order outside bc the restaurant was “closed” but there were several people that went in (until 930 ish) to buy something. I wonder if we were in some sort of tv prank show tbh…bizarre
Only reason I go here is for the breakfast tacos since it’s the only place nearby, service sucks. And they always get my orders wrong, forget to give you salsas all the time. Things as simple as using a corn tortilla instead of flour they get wrong. Place is a joke. Decided to finally write a review after months of this. Will I still come here? Honestly yes, since it’s so close by and I just scoop them up otw to work. But c’mon they got a lot of work to do.

Great Barbacoa and Carne Guisada Tacos. Like what you find in Deep South Texas. Can’t wait to try their breakfast tacos next. Frozen lime margaritas nice and strong. Will define come again.

FINALLY a place that makes delicious carne guisada tacos! We also tried the chilaquiles taco, migas, and chorizo and egg tacos. They were all great! The tortillas were homemade and sooo good! I give 5 stars for breakfast tacos we had this Sunday and will be back!

Recently went for lunch and not impressed. Chicken a la mexicana was not shredded all the way, had huge chunks of chicken & was dry. Flour tortillas were way too thick, didn'teven wat the 2nd one. Beans tasted like canned beans and their chips & queso were gross. Cheese tastes like the canned cheese & chips were stale & could taste the oil.My friend had the fajita torta & that was good, which is why I am giving 3 stars.

The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the chicken street tacos & my mom loved the barbacoa taco. Will definitely come back, the breakfast looks really good too! The margaritas were very tasty as well!

Do not be fooled by the pictures, this place is not good. Left with a tummy ache and my husband didn’t even finish his food. This is not Mexican food, the salsa is watery and without flavor. The chilaquiles look more like doggy prepped food; they were watery, the chips soggy, potatoes were frozen and the beans are from a can. The coffee is even watered down, the best thing we had was a Mexican coke. Overly priced for the quality of food, save your money and time if you are wanting breakfast.Lastly, the cleanliness of the establishment should be questioned. I saw one of the staff, mop the kitchen then clean the countertops and then ran to get food without washing his hands. The to-go salsas were left outside in room temperature, instead of refrigerating them. They use the “bar” for storage as there were items just placed there. If health department has gone to check the out recently, they really should because I saw quiet a few violations.

Ate here for Father’s Day. I should have taken the emptiness of the restaurant as a sign to find another place to eat.The barbacoa was flavorful but dry and full of fat. The tortillas were too thick and hard to chew. They claim to use chapel hill sausage but what I ate was disgusting and tasted spoiled. This restaurant cuts corners. Don’t waste your money here.

My husband and I shared the fajita family style with my mom. We got the combination, chicken and beef. It comes with rice, beans, and a side of toppings like cheese, avocado, pico de Gallo and limes. Between us three we did not finish it, it was a good amount of food and we took the rest to go ?They also give you chips and salsa on the house. The tortillas are homemade and they were so delicious ?My son got a burrito and not only was it so delicious but it was huge!!!Only thing I did not like was the guacamole we ordered on the side, it was $7 and it was almost nothing ?Other than that, food was super delicious! Definitely recommend this place!
