I’ve been living in the area for about two years now, and used to frequent this chipotle about twice a month. Probably wont be back in a while :/ last two times my food was so bad. One time I got some nasty tasting mushy rice, and two weeks ago they gave me raw chicken. I got a bowl with some HUGE chunks of chicken in it, there was maybe 6 pieces, and they were still raw in the middle. I couldn’t even eat after that

This Location Is Okaay. To Me The One On 249 Is More Consistent And Has Better Flavor. It’s Cheaper On 249 As Well. Not Sure Why They Have Different Prices At Various Locations But When They Have All The Items This One Is Not Too Bad.

The sign on the door says they are open until 11pm but when I showed up the Employees had apparently decided to close 30 minutes early. They were sitting around eating chips and queso while staring at me trying to open a locked door.
It's hard to find good help these days, I guess....

Y’all this location used To be my favorite Chipotle location, staff was on point, service fast and food good. Theyve changed staff lately and it’s been horrible since, hour plus waits, food not prepared, I just walked out because it’s 6pm and they have no rice at all. Crazy. Bring the old team back cuz this new team ain’t cutting it.
It really stinks having to write a bad review for chipotle because I love it so much. But this location is absolutely horrible. It's 5 min away from my home so the convenience is nice, but I've been there 6 times and have had horrible experiences every time. Today was worst by far. Ordered online because I knew if I went in store it would take forever. Got notification that the order was ready went in store and it was nit ready. Was told they had no food rice or chicken and no one seemed to care. One staff member made it clear that no one was doing anything and it would be a while. Not sure why this location has such a hard time with service. I know it's. A busy location but sheeesh .

Out of chicken and beef. Why even open their doors. Useless. They let everyone stand in lines and don't tell you until you get to the counter. I stood there in line for 15 minutes. Thought they were busy. They were just slow and useless.
After writing this review, I went and looked.. this store has had problems for at least a year. Corporate doesn't seem to be doing anything to improve this store. Disappointing

The first thing I saw when I opened my food was a dead fly sitting smack dab in the middle of my bowl. 🤢 This location hasn’t been my favorite because the quality has gone downhill, but it’s the closest. I can’t bring myself to try it again.
