so, i usually go to this chipotle because it's the closest one to my house. but, over the course of the passed few months the food has been utterly disgusting. the proportions are way off, i had little to no rice in my bowl today. i was given chicken scraps; the chicken was hard to chew and burnt. i don't know if there's been a change of management but, the food and environment are in dire need of improvement before i return here.

i go here very regularly because it is the closest chipotle to me. everytime i go i regret it. the employees are fine, but the facility sucks. i can count 5 or 6 times over the last 6 months that i’ve paid ahead for an online order and got a drink, when i show up the drink machine is out of order and they refuse to give me a refund. also, the trash is always overflowing and the lines are always to the door

What a bad management for this location. No ice, no steak for burrito or bowl. It was 12:30 in lunch hours Saturday and they went out of supplies. The bad thing they don’t say before you make the line spend your time, order the food and when is time to order your drink they say sorry no ice. We left the food we ordered. No way we are going to have our drinks with no ice.

This location continues to leave out items on a carryout order. Very frustrating to get home and NOT have dressing for your salad bowl. Not sure why orders are not checked

The crew today, 4/29/24, was on point with the food, flavors and atmosphere. When I go out to eat, happy service makes the food just taste better so much better. The rice is limey and seasoned, the chips are salty and the food is flavorful just like it should be. Cheers to this crew.

All the times I came here nothing has went wrong. I told the employee that I wanted Extra beans and extra chicken when he was heating up my tortilla, he puts the beans but doesn’t put the extra. He ends up putting half a scoop of chicken then the other scoop of beans I was supposed to get. Then barley puts chicken after then I asked for more and he puts me 2 little more pieces. ( don’t tell them extra until they put the first scoop)

On 2/6/24 employee was in a bad mood with the customers. I ask for a lime and he told me that they didn’t have one. Then I ask the manager for one and they give me one. I ask the employee that what was wrong with him. And he told me nothing with bad attitude. I ask for the manager and another employee told me that he was manager. And I told that that his employees customer service and actitud was bad. When I start eating the employee with bad attitude to me and my family. Start fringing customers and saying thank you almost yelling in the store. And he was telling the customers that a customer just told him that he had a bad customer service in front of me. And I told him that yes he had a bad customer services to me. And that that was the way that he was spousal to Treat me and my family. I ask for the employees name and the manager told me that they can’t give it to me because they don’t give names out.

Employee asked if I needed anything else and I asked for a water.She asked if I wanted a medium cup and wasn’t sure what difference it made so I said ok.I ended up charged for a soda which she then didn’t want to refund until the manager came.

This is the second and last time I am visiting this location. The whole place was a complete mess. All the tables were flirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and least not the visible dirty kitchen. The staff had zero pep in their steps to remedy any of these. Also one staff member was viable eating chips from bags that he was preparing for customers. I'll drive the few more stops to go to the Fairfield location. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this location down.

With the price they are charging, you’d think they’d be paying the employees a bit more. At least that is my assumption, because for the last year I have gotten terrible service here. Today I decided to boycott at least this Chipotle. Employees act like they don’t care at all. Little things or big things. Today they announced to me that the drink machine was down, at the end of the line when I went to pay. I indicated that I wished I knew this at the door, or at least at the line or when they started the food. Not a big deal, but the response (or lack of a care about it) did the trick.
