First time eating here and this small shop had such a HUGE variety of cinnamon rolls to customize to your liking. They are not as big as a Cinnabon BUT these taste homemade and are still a really good size. I kept it safe with an Old School and everything was really good. Will be back if I’m ever in the mood for a roll

My husband and I came to Cinnaholic as first timers and truly enjoyed it! We were greeted with a warm smile as soon as we walked in. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful in assisting us with our selections. The cinnamon roll was delicious and I was excited when I found out that it was 100% vegan; no dairy or eggs! We will be back!

This placed called Cinnaholic has a very pleasant atmosphere and in a good location, a magnificent smell of cinnamon and fresh baked foods. Authentic and delicious. The first thing you may notice is the incredible smells. The food was fresh and tasty. Will add photos next visit, I ate them..

I was excited to order Valentine’s strawberries after receiving a promotional text, but this experience was a huge letdown. I placed my order five hours in advance, expecting high-quality, festive treats. Instead, I received tiny, unwashed-looking strawberries covered in chocolate syrup instead of the hard chocolate dip that was advertised. To make matters worse, instead of Valentine’s-themed sprinkles, they used rainbow sprinkles, completely missing the mark.

I paid $35 for these, while Sam’s Club sells a 12-count of large, high-quality chocolate-covered strawberries for just $9. If the proper supplies weren’t available, they should have canceled my order rather than selling a subpar product. Save yourself the heartache and skip ordering from Cinnaholic. It’s simply not worth it.

The icing is really good, it has a buttery saltiness. The cinnamon roles are customizable, cookie dough is a good add on. They offer cookie cakes and brownies too, it is worth a visit.

My experience was disappointing. We ordered five cinnamon rolls for pick-up and brought them straight home to eat. To our surprise, the rolls were cold and hard, almost like they had been made the day before and just had toppings added to them. For a place that advertises fresh, gourmet cinnamon rolls, I expected much better quality.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based on this experience.

Order a dozen baby buns. In the online photos, they look full and fluffy. I WISH I took photos of the order I was given, they were so poorly made and small. I could have made better buns but didn't due to time. First time and last time trying them.

Smallest for $8, you would think you'd get a real big cinnamon roll. I ordered 2 and paid $20. Whataburger has bigger ones. The quality in the taste was good, but ridiculously small for the money

The lady that greeted me was so sweet, and the atmosphere is quaint. I wish that I could give five stars for the cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was hard and dry as if it had been sitting out for a couple days and then rewarded in the microwave when I ordered it. The icing was melted and dripping down like a thin liquid. I assume the cinnamon roll was placed in the microwave too long which is why it was hard and dry and the icing running like water. I am very disappointed in this gourmet priced product that did not meet the quality of expectations. The cookies on top were dry as well.

Won't be going to this specific Cinnaholic again. I personally did not care for the mans attitude. My kids, husband and I basically lived at Cinnaholic when we lived in Tennessee. The owners and employees were amazing and were constantly giving back to the community, especially the military. They were so welcoming and always busy. We would go there about 3-4 times a month to treat the kids and made it our family outing or birthday location. So we accumulate lots of points.
First off, the guy at this location in Fairfield, Cypress failed to mention anything about the buy one get one free, which I got a text message about and so I decided to treat the kids. However, my kids love toppings and not the old school so I knew I would not be able to get anything free with toppings. So I decided to order two old schools since those were buy one get one free. Apparently, me bringing that up the Cinnabon day discount bothered the man. When I asked if I could use my points he refused and said it in a very snarky way. I'm assuming he's the owner and that's fine if he wants to refuse. Nevertheless, there is a way to talk to people and I was never rude. I ASKED if I could use the points. I hate being confrontational and giving people a hard time so I KNOW I was polite when I ASKED. The way he answered me was uncalled for. Penny pinching vibes is what I got. Just say you can't combine discounts, in a nice way. That's it. Cinnamon rolls were made well, though. I'll give him that.

We'll drive an extra 30 minutes to another location or dessert/bakery place.
