For the owner: I tried this place for the first time on the Too Good To Go app and the box I got came with a spinach feta croissant. It is the best croissant I have ever had.
I’ve been back now 4 times to get that croissant and will continue to return.
Purely from a business perspective, that app turned me into a forever customer at this place that I otherwise would have never visited. It’s only a few minutes from my home but it’s kind of hidden so I’ve never seen it. It’s also easy to skip donut shops because there are so many around. With that said, even if I lived 30 minutes from here I would make the drive for that croissant.
