“First, I have to say that the oak roasted coffee at Summer Moon is the smoothest coffee I've bought anywhere!

The only negatives I've experienced here are from lack of attentiveness about a couple of things on my most recent visit:
First, not noticing that they were serving lukewarm drip coffee. I had already left the drive-through before I took a sip, but when I realized it was cool enough to gulp down a full cup of black coffee...that was disappointing to say the least.
Second, either not noticing or just ignoring the fact that the lid on one of the cups didn't fit or seal at all. That happened to be the cup that was actually hot...so I ended up with hot coffee leaking out all over my hand. The lid was pressed down all the way, but was so loose that it could freely turn around on the cup. Not sure if it was too big or the cup was slightly bent/deformed, but it would be impossible to put this lid onto a cup without noticing it. That's basically guaranteeing your customer will end up with some scalded fingers. The only reason I didn't notice it before leaving is because my order was handed to me in a drink carrier, but once I picked it up, it was not a good experience.“

“Black Rock Coffee Bar Owner, I stepped into your establishment this afternoon to warm up with a cup of coffee. You had ONE young lady working there & I must say that for the madness that was going on...She did an OUTSTANDING job!! She handled the crowd rather well!!

However, you BRC owner get 0 stars for only having one employee working!! Shame on you! Would you want your teenage daughter or son working alone!?!? DO BETTER!!
