We ordered the southern fried chicken and it was so salty I could not eat it and we ordered the fried chicken tenders they were barely warm the side mashed potatoes for both were lukewarm at best and the fried okra was cold and mushy the other side was broccoli and it was hot and tasted good. I have eaten at this Cracker Barrel 3 times in the last 60 days 2 times the food was disappointing and the other time the food was excellent so my question to Cracker Barrel is why such inconsistency do you want to go out of business or do you not care. The menu is very good with a lot of choices the atmosphere is nice too, but bad reviews drive customers away from your business no matter how nice and diverse the menu is. I hope that the CEO reads this about her company.
They up for the previous horrible food.
Great food
The food was not served together. And there were 8 of us.
The food and the staff was simply wonderful. Can’t wait to go back shop and eat shop and eat eating shop.
Great service, exceptional great customer service, always friendly and attentive!!!
Don't go into CB after 8pm they close at 10. The waitress was inattentive. Ordered biscuits and cornbread and requested before meal got there, didn't happen. Order the Grandpas country breakfast.Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, she brought me the Country Boy steak tips and Eggs. The food was horrible and steak was tough. Never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything when food came. Poor service gets a poor tip. Then my wife was looking around in the gift shop and repeatly was watched and followed bc it was late and employee wanted to leave. What was she going to steal a $2 tee shirt that was.priiced $35?. I will never return to this location again. Maybe you shouldn't be open till 10pm, if your employees dont want to.work past 8pm. This was the 290 location next to Gringos and Mo's Irish Pub.
Long time customer, food this time reminded me of the 80's. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!!
I found Hair in my food never come here service is bad do not recommend this location.
I really love this restaurant. I drive all the way from Belleville, Texas to Cypress, Texas to eat here. I find the servers to be excellent. They know what they’re doing, and they take good care of you while you’re there. The food for me has always came come out of the kitchen as I ordered it, the quality is great, the temperature is right and the presentation is very appealing. I also admire that the staff is always Stroy to keep the restaurant tables and chairs clean quickly, and the floors are always nice. In addition, I love the gift store and it’s hard for me to get out of there without buying something! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you especially like breakfast, that is served all day, This should be your spot if you’re near.
