I was just at the 290 ams mueschke. Have been there several times and it’s the same thing. Long wait for the waitress to come to greet you at table. Waitress does not come back very often. Coffee was cold by the time she came. Love the store but do not plan to go back to restaurant.

waitress was nice. I requested fried chicken and asked for white meat, got mixed and super crunchy. meh. hubby ordered sprite and it tasted odd. glad we only go once a year. noticed the sides are getting smaller.

Food was great! And Calleigh was very kind and helpful.

We got there at 6 and were told at the table when we were about to order that they closed at 7 for a Christmas party. I think back on it now and we should’ve just left to go to another restaurant to save them the headache and trouble. You could kind of feel the rushed tension in the air, but we were told it was fine so we stayed. The food was tasty and I enjoyed eating there. When we were leaving some people were walking in and I think they were staff. They all gave us stares and weird looks and it was odd. We walked out as they went in all angry.

I’d definitely come back here to eat and recommend the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The only thing I’d be careful of is if it’s almost closing time or if they have something going on. Being rushed to eat isn’t always super enjoyable.

Either way, thank you! 😊

Went around 9 am, waited around 10 minutes to be seated. Server was pleasant and efficient. Got our fresh, hot meal pretty quickly. I ordered Grandpa’s country fried breakfast with chicken fried steak and daughter built her breakfast of egg whites and Impossible sausage. We both enjoyed our meals. So happy Cracker Barrel has so many options. Thanks!

I have no idea how this place even has four stars. I decided to give this place a second chance. Which, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. we got here around noon maybe a little before. We were told it was a 30 minute wait it ended up taking a little over an hour. We expected it being Cracker Barrel. There is always a long wait even if there’s no one there. Anyways, we sat down and waited for about 10 minutes. At that time, another party was sat next to us. Their waiter immediately came up and took their entire order. We were still waiting. My wife went up to a girl who we were told her name was Elisha, she ignored us completely, and went to hide back in the kitchen. I then spoke with the manager, who told us that she was never even told about any situation going on. Which tells me that Elisha disregarded us completely. At that point my five month old baby was tired of waiting for so long and was definitely over it so we left. We went to gringos’s where we were immediately sat, greeted, served and had delicious food. I will avoid this Cracker Barrel like the plague. Terrible service, probably the worst I’ve ever had. And there’s no manager or owner that could ever reach out to me and pay for me to come back and eat at this place. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor avoid this place and take advantage of the delicious restaurant right next-door called gringos’s. If you want breakfast food, there’s also twisted yolk that’s in the area right down the street. There’s First Watch in Fairfield, off Barker Cypress there’s Cypress breakfast House. All of these places are 1 million times better than wasting your day at Cracker Barrel.

Arrived at 12:07 and wasn’t seated until after 1 PM even though we were told it was a 30 minute wait then we sat there while no one greeted us. No one took a drink order. No one took an appetizer order. No one took any kind of food order. The table behind us was sat probably five minutes after us was immediately greeted was given drinks in an entire food order, and we were still sitting there waiting. I went up and spoke to someone by the name of Eliza who looked at me, walked off, never saw her again. We finally got up and left. We have a five month old baby, who by that point was over it. Ruined our entire day and our plans. do not come here unless you have 3 to 4 hours to give. It’s like that every time we come no matter what time we come

I thought that I would have to wait for my food. The pickup line was well organized . It took only 5 minutes to get my food. I probably would not have had to wait, but I was 15 minutes early. Will order to go again. thank-you
